Perfect Location

We had an amazing 7 day stay. The location was perfect. A short walk to the pool at the resort, the beach down the street and a bunch of great restaurants. The room had everything we would need for our family of 3 and communicating with the host was a breeze. I would 100 percent recomend and we would love to stay again.

Great little room!

This is as listed. Communication with owner is great. In a fantastic area! It works great for 2 people. All you really need for a short stay in Kihei! Thanks Andrew & Cynthia!

Perfect for our little family

Very clean, and comfortable beds! Andrew and Cindy found out I was bringing my newborn so they got us a crib! They went above and beyond for us. We left our iPads and they did everything to get it to us! Thanks for a great week in Hawaii!

Kihei 2023

A good home base for us. More of a hotel room than a condo. We did find it small for just the two of us so we think a family would feel cramped. Appreciated the cooler/beach chairs/towels/fins. Central location made it walkable to great beaches and restaurants. Partial ocean view but overlooks the parking garage so a lot of light and noise overnight.

Wonderful location - walk to beaches and restaurants

Great location with easy walking distance to beaches, parks, restaurants and general store. Longer (25 min) walk to supermarket and greater shopping options. Host (Andrew) was always pleasant and communicated well. Smooth easy check-in. Room has a small fridge with chest freezer, microwave with access to quality newer Weber outdoor gas BBQs at each of the two pool areas (both have small hot tubs) available until 9:30pm. Bed was comfortable, with lots of spare blankets and pillows available. Portable beach umbrella, pair of beach chairs and snorkel gear were a bonus. Building staff were always friendly. Parking was easy. Clean, attractive and well cared for grounds. Always felt safe here. Only downside: no laundry facilities were available onsite. .

Thank you Sherry. We are glad all was well with everything except the laundry facilities. Unfortunately, when the complex was built they allowed for the second bedrooms to be rented as separate units, but did not provide for laundry facilities anywhere except in the main part of each condo. This is why we only rent out the second bedroom separately only when we are there too. We do give up our parking spot (we only get one) so that you can go to the laundry site up on Lipoa Street (about 2 miles away), as well as travel the island as you desire. Not as convenient for laundry admittedly. Glad everything else worked well for you.

Condo in Paradise

This was our first time trying VRBO while traveling. We were excited at finding affordable accommodation in Kihei and eagerly booked this property. The location is perfect - a short walk to one of the best beaches in Kihei and close to shops. Communication was excellent with the property owners. We were arriving on a late flight, but we had great instructions for the check in process and parking so we didn't have any problems finding the unit and getting settled quickly. Beach chairs were stored on the balcony - We enjoyed taking these to the beach. The unit has a small fridge and microwave, a small shelf in the large closet would have been great for storing snacks in an out of the way location. Shelf space is limited on the main dresser with the TV, but I am nitpicking ;). The unit was great and we had a fantastic experience.. Thanks
