We loved every minute of our stay. Even though the water was too cold to swim, we enjoyed the peace that the property provided. Would love to return.

The Carriage house was just beautiful. The whole property was breathtaking! This is the place to go if you want to relax and destress! We really enjoyed the pool, walking down the boardwalk to Black Water Bay, and sitting by the fire pit listening to the waves lap against the shore. At night we would sit on the porch and listen to the peace and quiet with Poos one of the resident cats, a beautiful Siamese. Nathan does a phenomenal job of communicating check in procedures and really takes care of the property! It’s only a 30 minute drive to Pensacola and Navarre beach.Anyone who books either the Carriage house or the Plantation house will not be disappointed! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and truly did not want to leave. We will definitely book the Carriage house again for vacation in the future!!!!

Everything about Carriage House was amazing! Private, quiet with stunning views. Plus our pup loved it as well. Property was very well maintained and our hosts were awesome! We will definetly return!!

The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is absolutely amazing and it is a jewel of a find. I highly recommend it to anybody wanting to get away and have a great giant space that they can just be themselves. Thank you, Nathan. We will definitely be back!

Favorite new vacation home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nathan who also lives on site was more than accommodating. He was very friendly and very involved, in the best way. The home was as pictured, exactly as described. We can’t wait to go back again!

Quick anniversary weekend trip

Excellent spot for a short stay for our anniversary weekend Our 12 year old came along and loved the cozy beds in the loft. What a peaceful place.

Family visit

We loved the place and hope to stay again! The walks on the beach and the pool was our families favorite things. Also, close to beaches and restaurants but away enough for peace.

Carriage house is amazing

The carriage house is even better than the pictures. We had an amazing stay, from swimming to fishing on the dock we couldn’t have picked a better vacation house. We loved it and will be back. Nathan is a great host.
