Great place and love the access to the boat slip, also love the seawall set up to keep the water in the area calm! The boathouse was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable!

Loved this place! We didn’t bring the boat with us, but could definitely see the appeal. The marina was quiet and we loved sitting on the porch in the morning with our coffee. Hope to visit again one day with our boat in tow!

Very nice…relaxing home. Great location within walking distance (15 min) to top notch restaurants and nightly entertainment. We will definitely book again for future trips to Pensacola.

Great, unique place to stay. Place was very nice, super clean, nice towels, sheets etc. We were lucky and the weather was great for most of our stay. The last evening was windy, so that meant a lot of noise from the boat house shifting and neighboring boats rubbing against the docks. Bring a sound machine is my advice.

We had an amazing stay at Seaclusion. We arrived by boat and enjoyed exploring around Fort McRee and stopped at Peg Leg Pete’s for lunch. Dinner at the Fish House is always delicious and so convenient to be able to walk up the marina dock and back to the house. We also took our boat all the way to Destin for the first time and had a wonderful experience eating at AJ’s (HarborWalk) and hanging out on Crab Island. Stopped back by Juana’s before returning back to the house. This is our second time staying in one of the houseboats and the second time was just as amazing as the first. The house was so clean and all the extra touches (coffee pods, filtered water chilled in the refrigerator, snacks and extra bottled water) are so welcoming! Communication with Kristy was so easy! We can’t wait to return!
