VERY SPECIAL THIS 5 STAR unit - Very private 1 Bedroom with king size bed with 2 closets, dresser & a 2nd sink & private TV, ceiling fan and great natural light overlooking the water. Air Conditioning. We offer 25% discount for 28 days or more; & 15% discount for weekly rentals. Minimum 2-night stay, plus cleaning cost $170/stay or week. Pets welcomed for additional fee of $170 per stay. We have 340 feet on the water for all to enjoy! Very large yard (fenced) to enjoy, play corn hole, relax or run with your 4 legged family members. We live next door and share part of the yard. There is a private fenced area for you and your pups. This unit is not connected to our home, it is a stand alone building, with our private garage below. Additional guests (max 2 over first 2) is $50 per night/person.

This open living concept living space has large windows with spectacular views of the water of East Bay – Red Fish Cove. Bring your 4 legged family members with prior approval and payment of our pet fee of $170 per stay. We are rated 5 Star on Vrbo and on Airbnb.

Your private outdoor stair entry to your private deck over-looking East Bay or use the enclosed entry taking you up about 12 stairs to the open Living area with 55” HDTV & electric fireplace. Long comfortable couch will accommodate 3rd person (Extra fee of $50 per person per night if more than 2 guests), 1 loveseat (pulls out to single bed) to enjoy the views of the water and pine and oak trees.

Beautiful deck with awesome water views and sunset views. Watch the dolphins swim by, pelicans dive for fish, bald eagles soaring above. Bring you paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear, casting net and shelling net. Enjoy your evening fire on your sandy beach, firewood provided. Enjoy our large fenced yard with your fur babies - with prior owners approval.

On Cul De Sac away from traffic noise. Carport just outside your door with additional off-road parking if needed.

TV – DirecTV Premier Package includes HBO, Starz Super Pack, Showtime Unlimited and Cinemax. Wireless High Speed Internet Service (xTream by Mediacom). Work desk provided upon request.

Full Kitchen with full size frig-freezer with ice maker, oven, glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot and dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glass ware, popcorn popper, rice make, blender and Instant Pot. All bath and bed linens and beach towels. Standard size washer and dryer in unit.

Minutes to shopping, dining and airports in Pensacola (PNS-International Airport), Florida and Destin - Ft Walton Beach (VPS-Airport), Florida. Navarre Beach 8 miles.

The Club at Hidden Creek Golf Course - 5 minutes to beautiful 18 - hole golf course with reasonable rates. Free public boat ramps - several in area.

This was a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. As this was our first vacation with animals this place was perfect. My little Minx (yorkie) loved every minute of sitting on the dock with us watching the water. Will definitely plan for another trip here

This place is amazing. A hidden Little gem. Marty and Ron were amazing hosts, thought of everything you could possibly need, they have taken a lot of time in making sure that it is a memorable experience. Lots of beautiful places to relax and enjoy the views. They are pet friendly so it was wonderful to be able to take my dog. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.. .

Our host Marty was great, very attentive and easy to get in touch with.Beautifully appointed property in a quiet neighborhood right on the water. Attention to detail is above and beyond. Had everything and more, you could possibly need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.Great for dogs, yard was safe with toys to use. Neighborhood was very quiet and really nice to walk around. Our pup had an absolute blast playing in the water and exploring everything.Thank you Marty, Ron and Rosie

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Marty and Ron's beach house! They were outstanding hosts! Marty was very thoughtful with great communication! The detail put into everything you would need for your stay was Amazing! The kitchen had everything you would need and more along with all you would need to use the grill outside. It was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated! It was such a peaceful place! Watching the sunrises/sunsets and dolphins, fishing off the dock, and kayaking on the bay right out the back door! It was our first time to visit Navarre and we absolutely love it there! This is the best place we've stayed and will definitely be back!

Ron and Marty thought of everything. The kitchen has everything you'll need. Great bedroom/closets, Great views from the living room and decks! You can tell that they are dog people. The dog yard is huge and our Lab loved it.

What a wonderful experience! Perfect place to unwind-we enjoyed the house and dock so much, we didn’t even spend much time at the beach (when we did, we went to dog beach west in Pensacola, it was beautiful and not crowded). Our golden retriever lost her mind when she discovered a bowl full of tennis balls, and she swam every day in the back -we enjoyed kayaking and floating. The property’s dock offers unhindered views of both the sunrise and sunset. Sat down there with coffee in the mornings, cocktails in the evenings, and on the days of scattered storms, we watched the weather come and go in the distance. Kitchen is well-stocked, and the place was very clean. Marty and Ron are great, they have thought of everything you might need and can be reached if there’s anything else. They even had a birthday card for my husband waiting when we arrived. We’ll be back!

Beautiful property, the views are wonderful from the place, easy access for our lab to enjoy the dog park yard and we enjoyed sitting on the pier with refreshments taking in the water view. The beach house is inviting, very beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen and had many extras such as coffee, wine, ice, spices, and soaps. Being February We came to golf, eat seafood, and walk the beach, did that and much more. Marty and Ron were wonderful hosts and we hope we will be back soon.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Our two dogs also had a great time. All of us enjoyed being so close to the water. The house has everything needed for a great stay. The owners are extremely thoughtful and friendly. We would most definitely book this property again.

Best property we have been to

This place is absolutely perfect, they have absolutely everything you need plus some, wonderful house and location with beautiful views from the house and the dock and backyard, the best hosts ever communication with them is easy and they keep you updated with anything going on nearby, we had the absolute best time ever for our honeymoon I reccomend this vacation home to anyone, book with them you will NOT regret it.

Marty & Ron were great hosts! The beach house was perfect, clean, and had tons of extra touches to make it welcoming. The property was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be returning!

PEACEFUL STAY

Overall our stay was amazing , they had everything turn key ready for us . Even water bowls for my pup. I give props to this little hideaway that was everything that was described plus more . They even have a dog park for the pups

Excellence view of the bay, which is in the backyard. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The furniture was clean and comfy. The dishes and cookware were in great condition. We even had little gift bags waiting for us and our dog. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. Loved it and would definitely rent again.

Exactly the trip we wanted. A quiet relaxing retreat that we could bring our dog Sophie. We always stay on the beach but it was a pleasant change. The house was perfect, well equipped as Marty put her personal expert taste creating an excellent getaway.

The Beach House in Navarre

The beach house is a wonderful place to stay for water views and if you have dogs. Private beach, private dog park and our beautiful space are just of the few things we loved. Hosts Marty and Ron were lovely to work with. Can’t wait till our next stay.

This place is so full of charm. The views are amazing. The house is super cute and very clean. Just minutes to the beach. Marty was very hospitable and accommodating. Overall just a wonderful stay.

A Perfect Relaxing Retreat

Marty is a wonderful host and the property was immaculate. The property is right on the bay and she carefully thought about how your dogs can have a great time and be secure. My dogs LOVED this place. The beach is a short drive and the best beach on the panhandle. Just a perfect stay.

Great time again!

We stayed at this property two years ago and had the best time ever! We were able to go back this last week and had an even better time! We love having our own oasis away from the crowds. We also love the house as it’s fully stocked and every detail is accounted for. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your wonderful property up again!

Marty and Ron were both great hosts! Property was better than expected! House was stocked with everything you would need! Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! Our fur babies had a great time in the dog yard and felt right at home! Fishing was great! My husband and I fished in both the morning and evening! Landscaping was beautiful! A lot of love and care has gone into that place making it great!! We will be back!

Next Time We Will Stay Longer

We loved every minute of our stay at the beach house. Marty has thought of every single detail. Just when we thought we had seen it all we were surprised by another fun detail. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are refreshing and calm. Next time we will stay for longer!❤️

Book it now -- it's perfect

Simply outstanding from start to finish. The waterfront location is picture-perfect, and the owners have created the ideal haven from which to enjoy it. There's no need to bring a thing, because everything you can think of is already there. It's a true gem, with no exaggeration.

Perfect family vacation

Our family had such a great week at The Beach House in Navarre! The house was clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything we might need. The property was beautiful and the bay was perfect for swimming. We were able to watch dolphins swim past on multiple occasions as we sat on the deck in the mornings and evenings. This Beach House was such a treat and we highly recommend it to others. :)
