Very nice and comfortable home. The kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. The view is beautiful & the beach access is steps away. We would happily stay here again!

Perfect house for our weekend getaway. House was exactly as described. Loved being able to walk right onto the beach.

House was well equipped with all the kitchen gear you could imagine. Living room/kitchen are were great for family meals and hanging out. The two smaller bedrooms were a little tight, but over all great place. And you are steps from the beach !!!

great size for our family of seven and one fur baby third house from the beach, which was great. Nice quiet little neighborhood. There were a few little minor issues. There was dog hair on the couch. The Keurig needs to be updated. The front door threshold, we all kept tripping over it. The balcony door from the master bedroom did not lock. And the upstairs outside gate was hard to close, and when you got it closed, it was hard to open. Overallwe had a great time ma a lot of memories. And really

This house was perfect for our family of 4. It could’ve easily housed another couple and more kiddos as well. The kitchen was very well stocked with all utensils and cookware, along with plenty of space to store your items you bring. The beds were comfortable and the house stayed nice and cool with A/C. We did some laundry while there which was also a great thing to have. There was plenty of seating to eat and the island was great to prepare food/serve. The house is steps from the beach and the beach is private (no cars allowed). We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

Perfect Beach House for a family

Everything was clean and the beach house features were as stated in the description and pictures. This was the perfect location for beach access and close enough the the main Galveston attractions. We will be back!

The house was amazing!! The location was amazing! However, at 9pm one night a device starting talking to us telling us a battery was low. I called the management number provided but since it was after hours there was no one that could help us until 9am. Then the device started beeping ever 5 minutes very loudly! We called again and got the same response. The ceilings are high so it was not just a simple task of fixing the smoke alarm. The answering service, although nice enough, had no ability to help us. Thankfully a neighbor was home who knew the owner amd was comfortable helping us. There should definitely be a way to get assistance after hours? We would not have been able to sleep there if the neighbor had not helped.

Great on the beach rental

It was easy to work with Sand N Sea on the entire registration and access processes, and I was able to quickly get a hold of someone when I had a minor issue. The house was a great location and we loved it so much, my son was starting to think this could be our home someday!

Beach vacay

We really enjoyed the area, house and beech. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the horribly uncomfortable sofa and lack of comfy seating. Other than that everything was really nice at the house.

Wonderful location with views of both east and west. Short walk to beach. Some nice new upgrades from last year. Well-appointed kitchen. Very clean. Only quibbles would be that there is no coffee table in front of the couch - very inconvenient. And that the outlet in the master bathroom does not work. Other than those two things - a GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN Galveston!!

Gulf and Sunset Views Both!

We had a delightful stay here. Just a short walk to the beach; two decks from which to view the Gulf and to look west for sunset, open bright floor plan. Very comfortable house but it could use a sofa update (the sofas really is shot) and a better master bed mattress (too soft). Also, real glass wine glasses! Drinking wine out of plastic diminishes the experience. Overall though, we loved the house!
