Sunsets!

My family and I stayed here for a few days and everything was amazing. The sunsets over the sound are beautiful and the beach is a quick walk.

Girls Trip

This property was super spacious and in a great neighborhood. Close to some really great beaches both sound and ocean side. We loved the hot tub! & the sunsets off the back deck were absolutely amazing!!!!

Amazing view of the sound

This was a wonderful house. We had 12 people stay at the house comfortably. The views of the sound are amazing and the pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Salvo is a quiet little town, but it has all you need for a great time.

Absolutely Fabulous!

Everything from location, cleanliness, space, furnishings, beach access, and owner responsiveness was extraordinary! Definitely recommend, we will be back. Every member of the family had a wonerful time. Shops and resteraunts were great, beach was awesome and the pool was a big bonus! Not one dull moment.

Sunsets On The Sound

Great stay with beautiful views of the sound. The place was clean and the host was responsive and flexible. Furnishings were very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Good place for kiting with interesting shore features and channels close by.

great location and view

nice property, great view but definitely showing its age. needs outside maitanence and updating inside especially bathrooms. was very clean and owner was very responsive

Love the place!

We loved our stay here! The only thing that I think could have been improved was maybe redoing the boards on the porches. There were a couple of loose boards moving when we walked and it felt unsafe. But the house itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed ourselves!

Stay on the bay

Thanks to the owners, Tami and Walter, for sharing your great property on the bay! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time together on the outer banks. Surfing, boating on the bay, kiting, biking, playing games, etc. The great location, the wonderful weather, fantastic sunsets from the upper deck, the pool, hot tub, game room, sound system, etc. all contributed to an enjoyable experience!

Salvo Beach

The house was beautiful and had an amazing view. The pool was huge and hot tube was wonderful for nighttime star gazing! The rooms were very spacious and kitchen was fully stocked. The location is perfect to watch kite surfing and in good range of food, shopping, and activities. Check in and check out was so great! Would definitely come back!!

AMAZING PERFECT SPOT

Family fun

House had everything we needed. Elevator was a bonus. Pool was great. Could use more deck seating. Owner always quick to answer me. We'd go there again. Sunset views were awesome.

Break before school

Other than a little too much rain on our first day, our week was as relaxing as we had hoped before all of us go back to work and college. The property was just as advertised.

Nights in Rodanthe

Stayed 2 nights to celebrate my daughter's upcoming wedding. Walter and Tami were wonderful home owners. Great communication! I was even sent a surprise from Tami for the bride! So sweet! Will definitely stay again!

Great week in Salvo.

This property was perfect for my group of 13. The bedroom configuation was great allowing for privacy and the private bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals. The views of the Sound and Sunsets were spectacular. Our host, Walter was responsive to our every need. And best of all, the weather was beautiful.

we enjoyed a great week in spite of rain. One disappointment was no beach chairs! Us older folks especially would have welcomed a chair to take to the ocean after that loong walk

Absolutely Perfect

We had a group of 6 friends stay at this beautiful home. We had and amzing time. There was plenty of space for everyone and we each had our own bathroom, which was a huge bonus. The location was perfect. There were restaurants and shops nearbye and we had an easy walk out to the water. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the hot tub was amazing. I would absolutely stay here next time we were in town. The hosts were so nice and incredibly responsive. There was nothing more I could have hoped for.

Beautiful View- poor cleanliness

This view was amazing. For the price we paid, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We left it cleaner than we found it. Moldy shower curtains and vents. If cleaning was better, would have had no complaints!

We have professional cleaners and an inspector clean the house each week. We have never had a complaint. When you left our cleaning crew did find excessive sand you left and the door to outside was open by your group causing condensation. I am assuming this is an offensive complaint in case we rated you poorly for breaking our elevator door by opening it while it was moving. While this cost us $260 to fix (which we paid extra to fix the next day after you broke it) ..we did not charge you because we did not want to upset any part of your vacation. I guess no good deed goes unpunished. I hope you and your group had a great vacation.
