Our family of 15 stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. Our family loved the house. We loved the location and beach access. The communication with Julie was excellent.

Amazing Labor Day Weekend stay!

Exceptional property! Perfect location, quiet and quaint neighborhood. Proximity and views of the ocean are second to none. House itself is beautiful, spacious, well decorated and very clean. Best part, our dog was able to join us! Will return!

This is a beautiful property. Our family genuinely enjoyed our stay here. Proximity the beach is wonderful. The owner of the property was very quick to respond promptly to any questions or concerns that I had and was very wonderful to interact with.

Great vacation stay

We enjoyed our stay here! While we did go over the sand dune to Salvo Beach a few times, we actually drove to other beaches for little day trips too (Jeannette’s Pier in Nags Head, Rodanthe Pier, Avon’s Soundside beach, & Salvo Soundside Day Use beach)… the house was set up perfectly for our family!

Quiet Weekend Getaway

Great spot away from the crowds and busyness. Julie had great and quick communication. Good room options and the kitchen was well-stocked with all cooking items we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

The location was beautiful. The beach was very close - just over a dune. The house was nicely decorated and modern on the inside. The outdoor decks, furniture, and hot tub were exceptional. It was great to find a pet-friendly house too.

Generally a nice property. Some minor maintenance items need attention but clean, nice location and met my family needs.

House was easy to find and a great fit for our family Thanksgiving with 11 people from 3 different families. Kids loved walking to the beach

Julie was extremely responsive to all communications. The house was great and perfect for our adult group, with plenty of spread out space. It’s important to note that the ocean waves are not visible on even the top deck. Houses in this area are quite set back from the beach and the trek to the beach is challenging with no boardwalk, sand spurs and high dunes. But the beach itself is great and very wide. We ended up booking an umbrella and chair package for 6 people which they delivered and set up from Ocean Atlantic Rentals. (Note that beach towels are not included but all other beach equipment is top quality. We were just lazy). Overall we had a delightful time in a lovely house that had every amenity you could want. 5 stars on the linens and beds too.

Outer Banks Escsoe

This home felt like home. Julianne thought of everything you might need or want and then made sure it was there! She is extraordinarily responsive to questions or concerns. From our one year old grandson to my husband who loves to cook we were set for a carefree vacation in a tastefully designed and decorated home perched on the shore. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

40th Anniversary Celebration

We had a group of 8 people, ranging in age from 28 to 72. The property is also dog-friendly, which is huge for us. The house is newly remodeled inside, and is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to any questions we had before and during the stay. The house was immaculate. The views from every room, and all of the balconies were beautiful. The location is perfect, with a lovely, short walk across the dunes to the fabulous beach. The beach was not at all crowded, and we also able to have a fire in the evening. So happy we found this house, and would love to stay there again!

Excellent Home; Perfect location-Centrally located

We are looking for a beach house that was quiet and comfortable with access to the beach-This is the place. With its own beach access to a quiet beach and being centrally located between Hatteras and Manteo, this home offers everything you could want. The owner, Julie is fantastic and made sure everything was perfect. The house was super clean and ready for us on our arrival and fully stocked with everything that we could need for our four-day getaway. The beds and linens along with the bathrooms are resort quality. The Wi-Fi was easy to access And super quick. With some great seafood restaurants and grocery store within a short drive, this home felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home. Julie is an excellent host ensuring everything was just as it should be. All of this along with fantastic views made this a fantastic four day getaway. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Julie for allowing us the opportunity to share your home for a short time!

OBX Salvo July 2024

We had a wonderful stay at Beachfront. The house has a lot of charm and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is completely outfitted with good quality cookware and appliances. The great room and living space was top notch - inviting, comfortable and user friendly with state of the art tech - Alexa controlled things, charging stations etc. The bedrooms were decorated beautifully with an attention to the little details that just make things nicer. A special mention for the beds and the bedding in general - fabulous, comfy, cozy, superb quality. The entire house has a restful and relaxing chill vibe. We didn't have any problems - everything was as advertised and everything worked. All in all we had a great week in a great house. P.S. this house has its own beach chairs and a popup tarp and an umbrella. Somehow we missed that and brought our own.

This house absolutely blew us away. Julianne was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. The views were breathtaking, and we spent most of our time enjoying them from the balcony. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future. Highly recommend!
