My family had such a great week at Rio Rodanthe! The kids loved the pools and lazy river. The location is excellent being right by the beach. It was nice to see the sunrise over the ocean every morning. The house was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you need for preparing meals. Would highly recommend this house!

The Lazy river was amazing. All your worries melt away while floating around and the warmth of the sun. The direct ocean views are the best way to start and end your day. House was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware

It seems the price has gone up considerably since we first stayed at Rio Rodanthe.But, it is still the best beach vacation we have taken. That is why we keep returning year after year. Thank you for another great week!JDK

This is an all around great place to take your family for a beach vacation. We especially loved the outdoor space. The younger kids and adults especially liked the Lazy River. We were here during the off season and the weather was not the greatest due to hurricanes, which did not allow us to go to the beach beach for most of our trip but with the option to heat the pools it made it one of our best beach trips yet. The house was very clean and the property manager was great, very accommodating and accessible. We will definitely be staying here again.

None of us old people used the pool or actually got into the sea, but we walked the beach daily. The ocean view was spectacular and many of us got up each morning to view sunrise. The kitchen layout worked well for us, with a good selection of pots & pans, and plenty of dishes and silverware (only ten of us attended) and nice that we all fit at the table together. Mostly we all hung out together on the third floor, worked jigsaw puzzles when not on the beach or gone fishing.

Awesome week

Property is wonderful, the pool area was incredible. The kiddie pool was an amazing asset for the littles, the lazy river was clutch.

Family Gathering from several states...

We had a blast! The Lazy River was the most talked about and used amenity. Even though it was colder than what we planned we loved it at Rio Rodanthe. No reason to go anywhere else. We all had a fanastic time.

Great house! Awesome week!

All 19 of us plus 2 dogs. Had a great time! House was perfect. Pleanty of space .We all enjoyed the pools. Wonderful week of family time! Hope to visit again!!

Good vacation

Everything was very nice with the exception of the pool, it had so much algae in it that we stayed out on the beach most of the time. House was very nice and the pool could have been in good shape with some attention.

Family & Friends

Beautiful house with tastefully beach decorations in every room. A short walk to the beach or you can watch the ocean waves from every room on the ocean side. The pools, lazy river and hot tub was fun for everyone. Everyone was planning a return trip before we even left. Very memorable and relaxing vacation!

Amazing

The house was amazing and very spacious. Even though we couldn’t use the lazy river, we made use of the view and the wonderful sunsets and sunrises.

Fabulous Family Vacation

This property blew away our expectations. All 15 of us had a fantastic time. From the hot tub to the lazy river. The house was exactly as described and had ample room for everyone to dine inside and outside together. The private beach access is a huge plus. Perfect neighborhood, great quiet location. Can't wait to book another vacation there!

Great Vacation Spot!!!

The entire group 10 adults and 10 kids had a great time. The house was clean when we arrived and accommodated five families with plenty of space. The pool and lazy river kept the kids occupied. We caught fish right from the surf in front of the house and there was a dive bar with a DJ and karaoke within walking distance. This place offers something for everyone!! Highly recommend!!!
