This is a beautiful house in a nice part of town. Everything was within a 5-15 minute walk. The house is very clean and very well thought out and appointed. David was great to work with and very helpful.

Lovely, comfortable, well-maintained property about 10-15 minutes' walk to the beach and restaurants. We were 4 adults who have a strong preference for our own rooms, so it suited us perfectly. Lots of space on the ground floor for adults (we all loved the airy sunroom) to spread out, read, watch TV (on non-beach days!), share meals, and enjoy life. High ceilings give it a feeling of spaciousness and ease. We would definitely rent here again. Excellent communication with the host. The only downside is that it is on a busy through-street that can produce some traffic noise at certain times of day, a minor point. Note that towels and sheets aren't provided.

Great space and clearly as described. Close to downtown while still feeling like you’re away. The house had enough space to have both separate and together time. Overall a great property. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed are time at this property its close to everything. David the manager was great and super easy to get ahold of for check in and check out. 10/10 would recommend!

Another Excellent Stay in Rehoboth Beach

We have stayed in a few rental homes in Rehoboth Beach over the last 12 years. David was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for our beach vacation - including great WiFi able to handle all of our devices. We would definitely rent this property again.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. It was so relaxing to sit on the front porch under those pink crepe myrtles. And all the houses on the street are so unique and well cared for. We had family down, and it was always easy to find a parking place by the beach. We love Rehoboth and would highly recommend your home. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the baths were modern. It was a wonderful vacation.

The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Worked out perfectly for our family. David was very responsive and helpful throughout the week, thanks for everything!

Great visit to Rehoboth Beach

The home was wonderful!! Very clean, roomy, beautiful kitchen!! Bedrooms were large and comfortable! Excellent walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk!! The road was a little noisy despite the 25 mph speed limit, which was the only negative!! Otherwise, great trip to Rehoboth Beach!

Family week at Rehoboth Beach

This is a well maintained and updated property that was perfect for our week at the beach. It is within walking distance of the boardwalk and all in-town attractions. It is large and comfortable. It was great to walk to the boardwalk to see the 4th of July fireworks and walk back without the hassle of traffic. It was perfect for our week. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

The property was comfortable and clean. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Traffic in front of house was surprisingly constant - so noisy and had to back into the driveway to deal with traffic. I found the listing to be light on details so some additional info: fourth bedroom is on the first floor and a converted study so no closet. Great knives and ample glassware. Not a huge number of flatware so had to run the dishwasher to keep current. There's no backyard - street runs right behind the property and very limited outside space with four chairs and two small tables next to the shower and grill. Not a great hangout but get to say hello to all the dog walkers. The lower and upper porches are narrow and can accommodate four people maybe but get the traffic noise, headlights and the bright streetlight so not a great vibe. Also lots of king-sized pillows and we only had std-sized cases - minor bummer.

The pines and the beach

The property was well designed for an extended family vacation. We were able to keep one family upstairs, and the other downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped. The sunroom area was secluded enough to serve sequentially as an office and a play area. And the beach was great Easy to access, less crowded than the rest of the beach, chairs that were easy to carry, snd on top of that, perfect weather! Wonderful family vacation!

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The home was far bigger than the pictures indicated. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was very nice and provided adequate utensils, etc. All bathrooms were very nicely updated. The balcony and front porch were used often. Great interactions and response time from the property manager (David). The neighborhood was very safe and a 10 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We will definitely consider staying here next year!

The house was a wonderful gathering place for our family. Clean and well located with a very easy host to communicate with. Lots of parking, easy to walk into town every night.We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great property

We had a fantastic short getaway at the Pines property. The house is located in a great location close to restaurants, bars and not too far from the beach. The place was very clean and check in and out was very easy. Looking forward to staying there again!

Gorgeous and spacious house, lovely beach vacation

This house is great! Everything is new and high-quality, with tons of light and space. David was in touch throughout. We loved that it was very quiet, but a short to walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and many food options.
