Relax in this updated and sophisticated house near the USNA in Annapolis with the largest garden in downtown. This tranquil retreat features 4 king bedrooms (two with baths ensuite) with 3 1/2 bathrooms offering luxurious touches like spacious showers. Dining, inside or out, accommodates all occupants. The house has good flow and can accommodate 40 for an inside buffet dinner or outside. AC and heating ensure a comfortable stay year-round. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

This beautifully preserved historic home in the heart of Annapolis provided the perfect setting for our wedding celebrations. Its prime location offered convenient walking access to both the U.S. Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis. Tara was an exceptional host, gracious, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a wonderful experience. We are grateful for her hospitality and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Annapolis.

It was the perfect location and the home was perfect in every way! Short walk to the USNA and downtown Annapolis. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for four couples. It has two separate living room/den spaces, and a huge backyard with a lovely patio. Tara was quick to answer any questions we had, she even has a Mah Jongg set available which made the stay that much better!We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends.

The perfect home for our wedding week.We could not have asked for a better home base for our wedding week in Annapolis. The house is absolutely stunning and was the perfect size for our group of 8 across a 6-night stay. The backyard is spectacular, and the home had everything we needed to host our friends and family throughout the week.The only thing better than the home itself was Tara's hospitality. She responded immediately to every question and was incredibly supportive from start to finish.If you're planning a large family gathering, a wedding, or any big life event, this is the place. The perfect home in the perfect city. Completely idyllic. Five stars without hesitation.

Great stay in DTA!

We had a terrific time during our stay. The house is magnificent. It combines old and new elements. Lots of space for larger groups. The location is the best for DTA and USNA. The big surprise is the backyard, it’s beautiful and huge. Tara is a great host. 5 star host and 5 star property.

STUNNING property and home! Our son just got married last weekend and this amazing, unique home was the backdrop for our special , celebratory time in Annapolis. Tara was kind enough to permit us to use the home for our rehearsal dinner, and it could not have been any more perfect. She was wonderful from the start-responsive, friendly, a plethora of knowledge about all things Annapolis. She referred us to our Caterer (Barbara Duvall from Bowl of Cherries who also was a10 out of 10 also!) Every imaginable amenity is at the home. The mix of history and modern decor was appreciated by all. There is plenty of space for a family or larger group to spread out and have plenty of privacy or togetherness. I just cannot say enough except STAY HERE!! Thanks Tara for everything !
