A secluded family home at the top of a long driveway. Wooded property in the Cherokee National Forest, Watauga Ranger District, with mountain views, front, and back. Large fenced-in backyard with fire ring, and back porch and patio with grill and accessories. Excellent front porch! Upstairs: open-living space with two bedrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, and two full bathrooms. There is space for the entire family to relax, play games, watch movies. One large bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, futon, full bath, 40 inch T.v. The upstairs garage has exercise equipment, children's toys, outdoor games, etc. Closet space in second upstairs b/r is large and could accommodate a toddler or baby bed. Plenty of parking for everyone! Clean, comfortable rooms. The outdoor seating areas were great. Host was quick to answer questions.

We stay in Vrbos alot this is our least favorite. A room with a hole in ceiling and nothing in it, they need to exterminate house spiders and bugs everywhere and there attitude in their welcome book saying it is not a 5 star hotel. Well most of the vrbos we have stayed in are better then 5 star hotels. I would not stay here again.

We were here for a wedding and needed a house that could accommodate a place for grandkids to hang out and play vs being in a hotel room. This house was great for that. Beautiful location not far from Johnson City. House was clean and as advertised. Host was great. Thank you!

The cabin is roomy with a nice kitchen, living room, TV room, and a game area to hang out. There is plenty of parking and wonderful outdoor space. It has a great front porch for morning and evening reading. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was everything we wanted and dreamed it would be. Clean, cozy, awesome views, wildlife and close to Bristol Motor Speedway. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful location- feels far from everywhere but it’s only a few minutes from town. Lots of wildlife. Plenty of space for families to spread out. The kitchen has all the essentials that you would need. The primary bed is VERY comfortable. Our grandkids loved playing with the toys and running around in the back yard. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and the host very responsive to questions. A casserole dish would be a good addition to the kitchen cookware but otherwise every need was met. A great property for family gatherings.

This place is cozy feeling, but plenty of space for everyone to be doing different activities. It’s in a great location, in wooded area with deer and other wildlife. But it’s not too far for going out and enjoying Johnson City! Julie was easy to communicate with, quick response's. We really enjoyed this place and would be back again!

My wife and I loved it! It's a layout we would love to have in the mountains. Secluded and quite. Well, except for the bard owls hootin and a few deer huffing and blowing. LOVED IT!

My best friend and I take a joint-family trip every year. We had kids, pets and grandma staying with us this year and this cabin accommodated all of our needs. It was easy to navigate to town when needed, provided plenty of privacy between each other within the cabin and there was lots of nature to be enjoyed. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood, deer in the yard every morning, and a beautiful view of the night sky during a meteor shower. If we make our way up to Unicoi again, we hope we are able to snag this place again before it gets booked.

Excellent

This property is better than advertised. The owner responds quickly and is easy to work with. The kitchen is nicely stocked, comfortable beds, hot water, and a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here and will return in the future.

Great stay

Only issue we had was there was a mix up with the cleaning people when we got there. Julie took care of it immediately and did everything she could for the situation and no hick ups after that. Nice stay! Accommodations were perfect for us! Great location
