The cabin is really nice. Very clean and just a few minutes walk to the watauga river. The kids loved the juke box. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed 5 nights and was very comfortable! From the cozy bed to the well appointed kitchen. Nice touch was all the lights were labeled. As an avid fly fisherman what a perfect location. Great instructions upon arrival and when leaving. All in all great experience.

The pictures for this property do not do justice! It is gorgeous. The house is wonderful and the views breathtaking. Brian responded immediately with answers to a couple of questions but really, everything was covered in his welcome package.I highly recommend this property.

This house is in a serene setting, with lots of room for our grandkids to play indoors and outside. The cows across the street were a bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable.

We absolutely loved the house and location. The owner was excellent in communicating with us from the inception. We would definitely stay there again. Very relaxing and what we needed to get out of the big city for three days. Neighbors were hospitable and provided southern hospitality when we walked past their houses with our dogs.

We had an amazing time during our week-long stay — this property is exceptional. It is beautifully appointed, extremely clean, and located in a very scenic area. Overall, the house exceeded our expectations. It offers a great layout for a family with kids, especially with the upstairs bedroom, full bathroom and loft space. The host was extremely personable and offered assistance with many wonderful recommendations in the area. He even made himself available by phone to answer our questions during our stay. We HIGHLY recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area! Many thanks to the host for his impeccable hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay in the log house. The house is only two years old and in excellent condition. The owner has put a lot of thought into making sure that this is a comfortable place to make your retreat. I would like to return when I’m in the area sometime soon. Highly recommend recommended. !!!

Great place to stay with some awesome views of the mountains. House owners communicated well and often which was greatly appreciated. The house was very pet friendly as well. Would recommend to anyone staying in the future…

The six of us were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable layout and arrangement of furniture, airy feel of the cathedral ceilings, and the ideal location near the Watauga River. We woke to bright morning sun in the living and dining areas and watched the sun set on the spacious porch. We all agreed that we will be back some day.

Loved this cabin so comfortable!! Our family of 5 adults & 2 babies, had plenty of room Our dog was also very welcome. Nice open floor plan. Amazing VIEW of the mountains Great location adorable little town and walking distance to the river.

What a beautiful home! My sister and I loved staying here with my dog. The kitchen was well-equipped and the home was incredibly nice and clean in peaceful surroundings. Saved this to stay again in the future!

Great Cabin!

This place is beautiful with a country setting! Beds and furniture are really comfortable! This is definitely a family friendly cabin! Communication with owner was great and in a timely manner! Would definitely stay there again!

Wow! Wonderful stay!

We had such a good long weekend at this cabin. It was a great place to disconnect and relax. The views of the mountains were amazing, and it's so quiet around. The cabin itself was insanely clean. The beds were so comfy, and the porch was huge with some nice rocking chairs to relax on.
