Awesome property - exceeded expectations. We enjoyed the back porch overlooking the river. The motorized chair for the stairs was a pleasant surprise - helpful accessibility touches.

The property photos are accurate and the property has plenty of room and space as described. It was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials to accommodate a full house; as well as, plenty of bathroom essentials and towels. There was a slight cleaning issue when we arrived and the coffee pot wasn't working properly.Communication with Janice was excellent and she handled the issues within hours of our communication. We will definitely stay at this property again when we travel to Helen.Thank you Janice as this was one of the better properties we have booked!

Our stay at Helen Haus Riverfront was so pleasant. The rooms were all inviting and the bedding & beds were so cozy and comfortable. It was very peaceful here and enjoyable. How nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the river rambling by. Our neighbors next to us were fishing and that was fun to watch. All-in-all, I highly recommend Helen Haus Riverfront. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice! Clean, comfortable and spacious! River access was limited (at no fault of the property manager!) due to big rocks being added to the river bank on this side of the river for erosion control. Beautiful views however! Host is very responsive, should you need anything!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Helen! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was very responsive and made the whole process easy. We especially loved relaxing on the porch and taking in the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
