Property was very clean, close to downtown so you can walk to everything. Quiet area and great to have 2 parking spots to leave your car. Equipped with anything you may need while staying in Helen. Check in and check out was very easy and well explained.

Very nice plenty of room hot tub needs some attention very clean beds were comfortable plenty of kitchen ware one of the best areas for exploring all of the town without having to even get in a car definitely loved the stay.

LOVED this location! It had easy access to downtown Helen without having to drive during the busy holiday traffic. Both bedrooms, with king beds and ensuite bathrooms were nice. The kitchen had all we needed for this trip. The dinning room table accommodated six and worked well for the board games we like to play. The hot tub was AMAZING for relaxing at the end of the day! Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay!

VRBO had the address of the property but not the unit number. I figured it out by looking at the owners mail address. Super nice property. Hot tub was a hit. Beds were comfortable. Having three baths was wonderful. Walking distance to everything. Nice grocery. Betty’s Country Market was handy and delightful

Location is great. Walk to everything. Unit had two flights of stairs that was not listed in the description. My bad back and knees did not appreciate it. There was no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner provided. Towels were small and old. The kitchen was adequate but no sponge or cloth to clean dishes or counter was provided. Hot tub has not been maintained. It was slimy and smelled bad. First floor had a bedroom with a single bed. The second floor was the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. Two master bedrooms on third floor with washer and dryer in hallway.

Nice place, great location. It wasn't clear there were multiple flights of stairs, which wasn't optimal for us. Rented this place for the screened in porch with hot tub, but between the heat and the spiders, we didn't get to use it as much as we wanted.Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed there.Overall, it was a nice place situated a short walk from downtown Helen, so the stay was most enjoyable.

This was not our first visit to this property. It is as advertised; clean, well stocked and everything works. The hot tub is a unique addition and we fully utilized it. The location is perfect for anyone who does not want to drive around town and pay parking fees. You can walk to everything and it is right next to Bettys, a small market that has everything you need at reasonable prices, plus a restaurant/snack bar. It is our number one choice when visiting Helen.

This property was perfect for an Oktoberfest weekend. Not right in the middle of town but only about an 8 minute walk to the Festhalle. It's also a 2 minute walk from the bakery & a grocery. The condo was immaculate...and quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked for our needs (we only fixed breakfast there) and the beds were very comfortable. I messaged the host re: the unit number and she responded within minutes. Then I realized that it is included in the directions. (Oops)1 word to the wise: if you have problems going up & down stairs, this isn't the place for you. The main level is up a flight of stairs with the bedrooms being on the 3rd floor.

Rooms were nice and clean. Hot tube was enjoyable, especially when the ambient temp was below 40. We loved the location.

This Vrbo was spacious and well located! It was perfect for our family’s stay in Helen! I loved how we could walk everywhere and then come back and enjoy family time in a comfortable living space with access to streaming movies on the Roku & TV. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi- it was clean and we appreciated the extra towels that were provided. The owner was responsive to a request I made ahead of time and that was appreciated too! We would stay here again.
