Above expectation

The property was clean and close to the beach. All linens and dishes were provided. In addition, paper products and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash were also provided. The accommodations were greater than expected and above what would have been provided by a hotel. We were very pleased.
On the back deck after a swim in the ocean 😀

literally steps to beach!

Great location - beach at end of street, close enough to walk to pier, but not too close! Plenty of parking. House was spacious with tons of room for gathering and privacy! excellent outside spaces/decks too.

Great stay

Property is as described but much larger than I expected. Rooms were very spacious..great for large family or group. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Beach house

The house is gorgeous and huge. Steps from the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Take care as from the road you will only see a sign for unit B but A is right next door. A bit difficult to find. It is also a one way street so you need to go around the block for access. We had a fantastic time and will absolutely be back

Family vacation 2024

Property is in the perfect location. Very close to the beach. Short walk to shopping, restaurants, bars. The house is very spacious with a nice deck to hang out on. Plenty of space to park and grill. We would definitely rent this place again. Successful vacation

Great Stay

The location, property and amenities were exceptional! The property was exactly as described on the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed and already planning to return next year with an extra night stay.

Fantastic beach house

The house was just as expected based on photos and descriptions. Convenience to the beach was key for our group. We walked to the beach for sunrise each morning and individuals went back and forth from the beach several times during a beach day for food, rest, etc without having to have everything on the beach with us. The house was spacious giving each person enough room and supplies (i.e. kitchen dishes, utensils, pans, etc) were great, much better than we've had at other rentals. Overall our experience was fantastic and we will definitely use this house again when returning to Tybee Island!

Perfect location near the beach

This was close to the Main Street of Tybee and a 2 min walk to the beach. It was definitely difficult to find but awesome when we got there!

Great location!

Rental process was perfect. Minor issue with wireless was resolved quickly by property manager. The homeowner should invest in updating the unit and address some esthetic type issues. Outstanding location in regard to bars/ restaurants/ beach.

Overall amazing! SO close to the beach!

This property was perfect for our girls' trip of 10! Everyone was shocked at how much room there was. The house was just a block from the beach and easy walking distance from restaurants and little beach shops. Would definitely book again.

Hidden Gem

This place is amazing. We were only 2 people, but this place will comfortably outfit over a dozen. The many spaces to enjoy are great and the beach is literally a 2 minute walk. We are already considering coming back here next year.

Mother’s Day Stay

The neighbor came out before we could check in giving us “her” rules. We were aware of the rules, but she was very aggressive and will definitely make visitors think twice about a second stay!! The property was clean and in a great location. The beds were hard and squeaky , but over the stay was ok.
