Host was great to respond to questions. It was very clean & the kitchen was well stocked. It was a great location. We were able to watch fireworks from the 3rd floor porch.

I'm so happy you commented on how clean the house is - we put a LOT of money into our cleaning staff and supplies, and we love it when guests notice! Thanks so much! Also whenever there are fireworks on the beach or pier - the top deck of our home is the place to be. Relaxing and watching everything with a private zone!!

Great location!! Walkable to everything-beach, bars, restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for the group and the garage had tons of beach things (toys, wagons, beach chairs). Pool was a hit with the 5 kids. The host was very accommodating and communicated efficiently. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Dear Jess, so happy you mentioned how clean and comfortable the house was. And the fact that our kitchen is FULLY stocked. We have had guests tell us that is is stocked like a private home and much better than any other vacation kitchen they've stayed in. We also love that the beach walk is easy with wagons and beach chairs. We hope to see you back soon.

We stay in A LOT of beach houses over the years. This is hands down our new favorite. The house is gorgeous and full of all the things you’ll need. The location can’t be beat. And the owner is accessible and super responsive. We will definitely stay here again! One thing I will do differently- I’ll leave A LOT of things at home. She provides towels and a beach wagon and beach chairs and other beach supplies. The kitchen is super stocked, and there’s no need to buy or bring things like garbage bags, soap, shampoo, etc bc it’s all there. And not “1 bag” and a tiny bottle of shampoo. This owner has you covered!Oh, and did a mention the house is gorgeous and huge?? We loved it!

What a lovely review from a very experienced traveler! We love to accommodate guests with the decor and the well stocked kitchen. My family and I stay at the house on occasion and we like it to feel like a home!...not like a vacation rental! So, we have crock pots, lots of pans, and measuring cups and bowls - and hopefully everything you need! We can't wait for you to return!!

The rooms were absolutely perfectly decorated and very comfortable beds. we immediately felt like home away from home! the elevator was a definite plus! The pool was perfect for us as we have older adult children. We were busy until Saturday for my daughter’s wedding and we’re finally able to truly enjoy the home! parking was easy and everything but The Chapel by The Sea was in walking distance. Can’t wait to book another family adventure! Communication was excellent and she had everything I could think of detailed!!

This home was perfect for our multi-generation spring break trip. House was well-stocked, had plenty of room, and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great—we were able to walk everywhere. Marsha was a kind, attentive host — we hope to stay in this lovely home again!

Although I was not able to meet you in person, we are kindred spirits by you the things I love about the house...it's perfect for multi generations and the beds are comfortable! And we absolutely love how we can walk across the street to two breakfast places and walk about 2 minutes to lots more restaurants, shops and bars. The location is one reason we built this house here - years ago, also, the fact that it was the last lot available on the popular 'south side' of the island. We welcome you back anytime! But, book early!

The house was huge and very clean! The kitchen had all of the tools and equipment we needed to make meals. The hot tub was such a nice amenity on the chillier days. This spot is also extremely walkable to two different beaches and tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Can't recommend this spot enough!

Oh Erin, I love this review - we pride ourselves on a CLEAN house and lots of kitchen items - just like you would have at home. And we agree - the hot tub is wonderful on a chilly evening. And of course - the fact that the house is located on the end of the Island that is only 1/2 mile wide - from the Atlantic Ocean, for sunrise to the back river for sunset! we hope to see you as a return guest.

Comfortable House close to the beach. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Location was great. Nice amenities. Had everything that you needed for a great stay. Host was super communicative.

This is a beautiful home within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with more than enough pots, pans, dishes, appliances, etc. There are plenty of bath towels, 8 beach towels, 3 wagons, 8 plus beach chairs, and plenty of beach and pool toys. It was so nice having 2 washers and 3 dryers, especially with kids and after making use of the pool and hot tub. After a long day of beach time, you can get rested up for the next fun filled day in the most comfortable beds!!! It truly felt like our home away from home. Marsha is an amazing host and so easy to communicate with. We loved everything about Tybee and our stay here.

Great for family getaway. Home is well equipped. Best of all is the host, most accommodating and prompt with response. Unfortunately I could only give the host 5 stars.

Beautiful home with wonderful hospitality

The home is beautiful and spacious with so many wonderful shaded porches. It’s a short walk to the beach and the pool and hot tub were very much appreciated, and not as common on Tybee. Marsha hosts with care and intention and was easy to reach and gave great suggestions for our time on Tybee!

We have deep roots in Savannah and Tybee Island. Several of us were born there, some of us were married there. But now, all of us are spread out in FL, TN, and AL. Back in 2019, we started a family Thanksgiving tradition of meeting on Tybee Island to celebrate family and giving thanks for our blessings. We have stayed at several homes, but this one has been voted best of all! We will certainly look to come back year after year to this house and the hospitality of Marsha!

It is a beautiful well divided up house which was wonderful for our large family. The elevator was very well used for our senior members. We would love to come back again

Great location and beautiful home!

This house is in such a great location - our group didn't have to use a car to get anywhere. Home is beuautiful with everything and more you would need on a vacation. Highly recommend to anyone spending time in Tybee!

We love that about this house - you can literally walk to bars and shops and restaurants and the tennis courts and the library and grocery store! Amazing!

House is nicely located in heart of Tybee with walking access to beach, restaurants, and plenty of attractions. Marsha is great to work with and is eager to make sure visitors enjoy their trip. Highly recommend !!

Thank you so much for saying the one thing that attracts more people to our home - than anything else. LOCATION! Right in the heart of Tybee - walking distance to 30 bars and restaurants and shops. 800 feet to the Atlantic Ocean. - I think the home is amazing as well - but so nice to hear 'strangers' say that. Tybee adventure

The house and location were perfect. Marsha was an awesome blend of professionalism and friendly. We had 9 adults with 3 children 3 and under. The house and location worked great for everyone.

When we built this house back in 2007 - we absolutely loved the location. Who doesn't want to walk everywhere - to more than 30 shops and restaurants. Please come back.

Great family vacation house

Great family vacation home. Was perfect for our family. Plenty of room. Pool and hot tub was a bonus! Awesome kitchen! Check in and out was easy. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this home. Our host was great.

Great family vacation spot.

Second time staying at this property. House is clean and well cared for. Host offers many amenities over and above other properties we’ve rented. Host is always available for questions and advise. Had a wonderful vacation with adult children and grandchildren.

This is one of my favorite short reviews! We have a large cleaning staff that works to keep the house - wonderful.. I also love that you mentioned how many amenities we have over other vacation rentals - and that you are a repeat guest. Summer 2025 is booking up - we hope to see you back!
