The home was lovely and owner was always available. First time on Tybee beach the views were remarkable. The beach is a short walk away and very calm waters.

The property is truly like a 5 star hotel! The three floor set up, include an elevator and you really don’t need to leave the house! Plenty of space and games for the entire family! Each floor has a balcony, with shade and a nice breeze. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunset and peaceful walk on the beach! We saw dolphins, sand crabs, and jellyfish! It was like a Caribbean vacation in the United States! The host was really helpful from initial access to recommendations for our door fun and food!

Nice place. Very close to the beach. Pool is nice.Needed gas for the grill and called the owner and he was right there with another one.

Host was quick to go above and beyond to make our stay special. Traveling with family ages 81 to 5, so the elevator was a must. The sunset views were amazing from the decks. One of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. Did not need to run out and by anything during our time there. Will definitely stay again.

Location was amazing, just steps from the beach. Pool wasn't huge but perfect for the family.Layout of the house was perfect, plenty of room for us to spread out.

We absolutely LOVED this place! We had the best time. The little kids rocked the pool multiple times a day. The older ones loved the beach & beach fishing. The house is everything you need and more. Akash was awesome and helpful. It was a perfect week.

There are so many great perks to this home! We were able to meet our host - he was so warm and welcoming. The home perfectly fit my family, especially the elevator for my 83 year old mom who can’t do stairs anymore. Every room was decorated so nicely. The pool and yard were like an oasis and we were just steps to the beach. We hope to return soon.

Great beach house!

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. There is plenty of space, the beach is right there, and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful!

Lovely house, liked the layout of house as it gave everyone plenty of privacy. Common spaces were roomy and welcoming. Pool was a hit with the little ones. Beautiful beach setting. House had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time at this perfect beach house. All the creature comforts of home were there for us. Our host, Akash was pleasant and super helpful. The bedrooms were comfortable, the game room had plenty for all to do, The pool was PERFECTION as was Kayaking with the dolphins at sunset! I highly recommend Sunset Bay.

Best spring break ever!

Akash was a fantastic host! The house perfectly met the needs of our two families with teenagers! Being able to view dolphins and sunsets from the balconies was magnificent! Would definitely return here!
