I was truly so impressed with this property. The location was gorgeous and private. Easy to get to. The house was immaculate. All of the furniture, carpets, tables, etc were in great condition. No stains and not dated. All of the amenities were top notch like the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want. The house is really well built and quiet. Tons of room for lots of people. The leasing company was the very best. They took care of some of my personal requests before our arrival. They were available but also left us alone. They checked in frequently to make sure everything was perfect and it was. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful home! Unfortunately Mother Nature hadn’t brought enough snow prior to our arrival so there was very little snow around but we still enjoyed our stay. We arranged a private chef to cook a meal for us in the house and that was a treat! Unfortunately, a couple of days before our scheduled departure, Mother Nature decided to drop a major ice storm headed towards Dallas so we had to cut our vacation short and head home to beat the ice storm at home. We plan to return here in the future, perhaps in the summer!

Fantastic Christmas

Absolutely LOVED Monte Video. Very clean, well stocked and well maintained. Heated garage floor was fantastic, kept your vehicle warm. Taking your boots off as you came in the mud room was enjoyable with heated floors. The temps outside were 0 - 30 every day but you never knew it inside @ 68’ settings. Very well laid out. Breckinridge was a really neat town. Every restaurant and store was very small and at Christmas they were packed and parking was a little tough. But it was all part of the Wonderful Christmas adventure - We LOVED every minute of our unique and beautiful Christmas trip in Breckinridge 🎅

Amazing stay

The home was beautiful with an incredible view. Our family enjoyed spending long days in the cozy living area. The staff at Paragon was so helpful in answering my many questions. It was a short 13 minute ride to both Breck and Frisco. We hope to be back next year!

Spectacular view inside and out!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Monte Video. The sunrise on the mountains from our bed with the fireplace glowing was the best way to wake up. Then padding across the heated floors to the luxurious kitchen and living area just made you want to stay inside and cuddle up with a good book. But no, the mountains were calling us out to hike! Hottub :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to take our kids and grandkids to a special place to celebrate our 31st Wedding Anniversary and boy, did we pick the right place!!Monte Video is a lovely home, surrounded by wildflowers and beautiful mountains. Upon entering, we noticed the amazing floor to ceiling windows giving us the perfect view of our surroundings along with a beautiful stone fireplace. as we looked around this very spacious hope we noticed that the way each level was set up was perfect for our 3 families to have our own separate space when we retired in the evening or even to take a quiet nap in the afternoon. the kitchen was large enough for us all to pick some counter space and do our own meal prep, The dining room table, large enough to fit our family of 9 with plenty of elbow room to share. The town of Breckenridge was filled with friendly people and plenty of great food. If your looking for a place to spend some quality time with family and enjoy the outdoors this home in this beautiful town would be the perfect place! Also. Paragon Lodging is a wonderful company to work with, they helped us with the rescheduling of our vacation due to covid and were eager to help us out with an early check in when they heard our very unhappy grandson in the background crying.Thank you Paragon & Breckenridge for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect Winter Vacation in Summit County

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From check-in to departure, our experience with Paragon Lodging was top notch. Monte Video is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from Breckenridge. Well-appointed with a spacious interior, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, heated floors, and a true cook's kitchen made it difficult to leave in the morning for the slopes! We prepared all our evening meals in and played pool, cards, soaked in the hot tub, watched movies in the home theater and relaxed. There was no reason to be anywhere else! Could not have been better!

Dream Come True!

I was speechless when I pulled up to This GORGEOUS home! It was perfect, the views were something out of a magazine, we never wanted to leave. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed!! Especially the kitchen!! It had ANYTHING you could possibly think of from crock pots to blenders, two types of coffee makers, and every pot and pan to man kind!! . We enjoyed cooking day and night!! We all had space to roam and play. The house came with snow sleds for the kids to play right outside. The heated garage kept our cars at a nice temp. The heated floors in the house kept everyone so comfortable. The master bedroom was amazing! From The fireplace/ private balcony /steam shower/ soaking tub and comfy bed!! The basement area was perfect for the kids to stay, they had there own TV, bedrooms, kitchenette, the upstairs was perfect for the grandparents with a lounge area and bathroom. This house had it all!!! We drove around and explored a lot of homes that we saw on VROB and without a doubt we would choose this home again for next years trip!!! location was perfect, I just can’t say enough good things about this home !!! I felt like the luckiest girl in the world looking out the window at the snowy mountains..... we stayed during Thanksgiving 2020 and due to Covid a lot of Our reservations got canceled but that was truly alright once I saw our accommodations....we never had to leave. The HOUSE was a vacation. Ps) the Christmas decorations and tree made us feel at home! Thank you!!

Family Christmas at Monte Video

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the second year, we had a fabulous family Christmas week at Monte Video in Breckenridge. The Paragon Team was extremely accommodating and responded to anything we needed, even making an exception to accept a lost box on Christmas Eve. The home is beautiful and very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for special Christmas meals. The layout was perfect for our family of seven and the description of the bedrooms accurate. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. One of the greatest reasons for our return were the Christmas decorations, presumably done by the owner. We arrived and didn't have to do anything to make it feel like Christmas. The Black Mountain Limo partnership made transportation to and from the slopes seamless and the drivers were great, especially, the owner Worth.

Upscale, gorgeous, luxurious, lovely home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 10, 8 adults and 2 toddlers, celebrated our 2nd Family Reunion in Breckenridge for 5 days in early October. This home was perfect and even better than the one we stayed in last year. The amenities were amazing. The basement had a movie theater and a wine cellar behind the bar. We truly enjoyed hanging out in the basement and had a great use of the pool table and hot tub. The entire house was very clean. We spent our quiet mornings relaxing and just admiring the beauty of the Mountain View's from the living room with a massive rock fireplace. The gourmet kitchen was impressive with high end appliances. We only encountered 2 issues: the door leading to the hot tub was very hard to close. The other was a broken plastic bowl which we had to tape. They probably need to provide glass mixing bowls instead of plastic for such an elegant home. Otherwise, I would rate this property with 5 stars.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 1 abr. 2020
Hi Edith, we are so happy to hear your wonderful review of Monte Video! Sounds like your had a very special time with your family. Thank you for notifying us about the mixing bowls - we have replaced them. We apologize for the inconvenience of having to use broken plastic bowls. During future stays, please do not hesitate to bring this to our attention right away (in this case, we would have delivered a new set of mixing bowls to the home right away). We hope you'll return to Monte Video next year for your 3rd Family Reunion! Thank you, Lauren & The Staff of Paragon Lodging
