Light, bright and cozy! Describes this large family home! Come see the added touches as we slowly update this sweet house. Wonderful location near the west end of Main Street and yet tucked away in your own oasis. This is a perfect spot to call home during your travels through and around Fredericksburg! Four large bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 down, 3 boasting king beds and one with a double and twin bed, which gives lots of comfortable sleeping space for the whole family or a girls' weekend! After a day scouting the shops, checking out the wineries or visiting the Elephant Preserve, this home is a must for either relaxing in a comfy rocking chair on the front porch, or sipping a glass of wine in the back and playing a game of Bocce Ball!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

Wonderful House

House was clean and rules were clearly displayed though out the house. Beds were large and comfortable which made this a great place for a group to stay.

The house was fine. The main problem is that there are no dressers or anywhere other than the floor to put your things. My wife and I stayed in the back bedroom where there is a bed and two small night stands. There is a locked closet but no where to hang your clothes. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. Having to just put your bags on the floor and not unpack sucked.

Cozy and Cute

The inside was adorable. There was so much space for seating with our group of 6 ladies. The kitchen was well equipped with all you would need for cooking. The beds were all so large and comfy. The washer and dryer was so convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Girl’s Trip

The location was amazing! It was on a quiet street with private parking and shade. The house is spacious and well furnished. We had a one year old and it was child friendly-we put a baby gate (that we brought) at the bottom of the stairs to keep her from climbing. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living room. They thought of the little things people might need (throws, games, and lots of towels)! The host was VERY quick to respond with any questions ❤️ We will go back and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Fredericksburg

Happy birthday

The location was perfect and we enjoyed all the room. We loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. We each got our own bedroom and the house stayed wonderfully cool. Tea and coffee were there for us to use. It was a great getaway for me and my two friends as we celebrated mutual 75th birthdays eating at the restaurants and touring the wineries!

Moms Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for our group of 8 friends celebrating each other for Mother’s Day. Clean, great location, and easy check in process. The house is near enough to downtown to walk to quite a few places, but far enough to be serene and quiet when it’s time to wind down. Highly recommend!

Girls weekend

We had a group of ladies getting together for a reunion. The house was in the perfect location, roomy and clean. We were very comfortable. The check in and check out process was simple. The kitchen needs to be equipped better for cooking. We were only cooking breakfast and there was not any type of pan, cookie sheet or griddle. There were also no outdoor games but that was not an issue for us. We would stay again.

Julia’s BD weekend

Property was spacious & accomodated us 6 women comfortably. It was convenient to everything. Haus was well stocked, but would be nice to have a coffee table in living room to have place for drinks. We all really enjoyed ourselves.

So charming

The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and cozy. We wanted something a little removed from Main St. but still close enough to venture into town and this house fit our need very well. It was quiet and located across an undeveloped patch of land which gave a secluded feel even though we had neighbors on all other sides. Very conveniently located with town a short drive/walk away.

Nice Place But Will Not Suit Everyone

Over all this is a nice place. Upon arrival, it was clean and ready to go. The kitchen has been nicely remodeled. Please be forewarned that the stairs going up to the two upstairs bedrooms and upstairs bathroom are very steep. An elderly person or persons with knee or back problems will find it difficult to navigate the stairs. (There are two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs.) Also, something to consider would be the upstairs bathroom. The tub/shower is in a place where the roof line comes down at a 45 degree angle. I am 5'2". The shower head was right at the top of my forehead. It would be very difficult for a tall person to comfortably fit in this shower. The floors are creaky so, if you want to be able to walk around like a "church mouse" in the early morning or late at night, this place will not suit your needs.

This house is lovely with plenty of room. Great Den and couches that seat everyone, beds are super comfortable and all the rooms are big. Will definitely rent it again.

Great spot for family

My family and I stayed here for a nice weekend getaway. Nice, quaint home and had a solid stay. We a small issue that came up and couldn’t get a hold of any of the property management. Even after leaving a voicemail, no one responded. Luckily, we were able to resolve the issue ourselves. This didn’t spoil our trip but it’s something to note. Good time overall.

We stayed here for our annual girls trip and I would say that the consensus was that the house is need of a good cleaning and that the pictures were quite deceiving. The shower upstairs is awful. I’m 5’8” and the shower head was so low that I had to lean back to wash my hair and the ceiling is at a slant so not only do you have to lean back but also over, otherwise you will hit your head on the slanted ceiling. We made due but couldn’t imagine this working out for an older individual or if we had included our husbands on the trip. The pictures of this house made it seem fresh, clean and bright. It was none of those things. The one word that comes to mind when thinking about this property is dingy. We’ve had great luck in past years with awesome properties, but I have to say we struck out with this one; I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Get-away Family Christmas

We wanted to try something different this year with my kids grown and families of their own, we are scattered across the state. So I came up with the idea of doing our family Christmas in Fredericksburg, because we love the town and have never been at Christmas time. The house was beautiful and plenty big enough to accommodate us all. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything we needed and more.
