Well stocked house

This was a great house. It is very well stocked and it looks exactly as the pictures show. I gave it four stars for check-in because after driving a really long way, we were told that our 4pm check-in would need to be pushed back to 4:30pm because the cleaner wasn’t finished. I understand that problems happen. It was just difficult to accept, especially with a very high cleaning cost. The host was great to deal with and we would definitely stay here if we are in the Sarasota area.again.

January in Sarasota

We enjoyed our stay at this home tremendously. It was very clean and was furnished with everything we needed. Accommodations matched the pictures. We would stay here again. You can reach Main Street by walking in about 30 minutes. One can catch the 77 Siesta Islander trolley at several stops on Main Street over to Siesta Key. Also, you can catch the Bay Runner trolley to Lido Beach. Legacy Trail is close, also. Arlington Park is close by. Location worked very well for us.

Nice house with a great location

We enjoyed Christmas break in Sarasota and liked the location for quick access to Legacy Trail and Pinecraft. We also appreciated the available coffee, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. Plenty of towels were provided for us so we didn't need to do laundry every day. We had a great stay!

Soccer Stay

We traveled for a soccer showcase and this property was perfect for us. Close to the airport and to the soccer fields. The property was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in this area.

A near perfect 5-day getaway

Everything about our stay was very close to perfect. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, kitchen extremely well equipped, living/dining room comfortable and good for casual dining and gathering for the holiday football games. The 4 of us all highly recommend

Great location!

Rental is centrally located & a short convenient drive to almost any local venue or restaurant. The inside was clean & organized. The outside entry could have been more welcoming if it had been cleaned up better. Communication with the hosts was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Resting Spot

Great location, comfortable home to be in, a nice spot to relax in after a long day at the beach or something. Showers were nice and the kitchen and grill was easy to cook in.

Comfortable, beautiful & great location

We loved this home. Great central location! Easy to get where we wanted to go. Depending on traffic it’s 10-15 minutes to both Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. St Armand’s circle is right there too. We drove about 30 minutes down to Venice beach and up north to Anna Maria Island is about an hour. This property is on a quiet dead end street. That’s a huge plus. Publix grocery store is about 10 minutes away and there are wonderful coffee shops to find. Our favorite by far was Perq. Our favorite things about the home were the very comfortable beds and living room furniture. We had four adults and it was perfect for us. Everyone was really comfortable after being on the go in the hot weather. AC works great. We also loved the covered porch in the back. We spent time there in the mornings with our coffee. This house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach towels and chairs. And we loved having a washer and dryer handy. We will absolutely book here again. Nicola was a great host. She checked in with us often to see if we needed anything and was very helpful.

Would stay again! Excellent!

All you need for a great, smooth vacation is in this house. Starting from the great location, to the house being well equipped (kitchen items, washer/dryer, beach gear), clean and nicely decorated. This rental is extremely clean!! It shows that the host pays attention to details and cares to make your stay pleasant. The host, Nikola, is very respectful and responds quickly to messages. I would definitely stay here again as it felt like home. Thank you.

Time in Paradise

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults – close to everything needed in Sarasota. The house was very clean, very well stocked with plenty of linens/towels, quiet neighbored as well as paper products - just like it was described. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay at this immaculate home. It is within driving distance to all Sarasota hotspots - 15 minutes to Siesta Key, St Armand’s Circle and downtown. The house is stocked very well and has an easy to use TV with many options. Would stay again!

Sparkling clean

This house was the cleanest place we have ever stayed on vacation. Because of the layout, my husband and I had privacy on our side of the house and my sister had privacy in the guest room on the other side of the house. We enjoyed the free streaming and TV options on Peacock. From this location we drove to beaches on Siesta Key and Anna Marie Island.

We had a lovely time at the Hatton st house. The owner was very quick to fix any problems checked in regularly to see if we were OK overall, it was a great stay. I will be back.

Convenient to attractions

This house isn’t for everybody Even though the house was in a location that was near many of Sarasota’s attractions ie. Ringling mansion and museum, Marie Selby gardens, Mote aquarium , downtown Sarasota, St. Armonds circle et.al it was in need of exterior and interior updating. I believe the Nikola (the host) will remedy those areas as she was quickly assessable and did what she could at the moment. I would just confirm with her that the issues such as furniture and mattress comfort have been addressed.

Clean and well organized residence

It was our first time renting from Virbo. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. She provided timely responses to my emails, texts messages, and phone calls. She was eager to address any questions I might have. The home was clean in and out with a ton of towels, body wash soap and shampoo. Kitchen had every necessary appliances including coffee machine and electric kettle. Plates, spoons, cups, coffee and assortment of tea were available at no additional cost. Grill and a fireplace in the backyard. Basically, it’s home away from home. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to rent a vacation home in Sarasota and would certainly stay here again whenever I am in Sarasota.

Christmas present for daughter and son in law

Short trip to see some of Sarasota's attractions. House was in a Great location for visiting the attractions and so close to lots of restaurants. House was clean and well equipped. Communication with owner excellent.
