The house was so cute!

At the end of a no outlet street it was very quiet and private. The house was as advertised and better than the photos. The owners were generous with paper goods, kitchen tools and even provided a selection of coffee and tea bags.

Soccer Stay

We traveled for a soccer showcase and this property was perfect for us. Close to the airport and to the soccer fields. The property was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in this area.

Comfortable Resting Spot

Great location, comfortable home to be in, a nice spot to relax in after a long day at the beach or something. Showers were nice and the kitchen and grill was easy to cook in.

Cute and clean in good location

This cute little house did its job while we were in Sarasota. It was clean, the hostess was very communicative and overall it felt very homey.They do have chairs and umbrellas and a cooler to take to the beach, however the chairs and the umbrellas that you put into the sand need a bit of an upgrade. The chairs were a little beat up and I was hoping they would be more beach like chairs to lay on, and the umbrella did not hold in the sand. Overall it was a nice place to stay if you are going to be touring or being outside most of the time. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Loved this place

This home was super clean and in a great area. It is on a dead end street. The neighborhood was quiet. The beach, airport and many of the area attractions were within a 20 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Well stocked house

This was a great house. It is very well stocked and it looks exactly as the pictures show. I gave it four stars for check-in because after driving a really long way, we were told that our 4pm check-in would need to be pushed back to 4:30pm because the cleaner wasn’t finished. I understand that problems happen. It was just difficult to accept, especially with a very high cleaning cost. The host was great to deal with and we would definitely stay here if we are in the Sarasota area.again.

Wedding Week Stay

Wonderful stay in a spacious three bedroom, extremely clean home, and a quiet dead-end street. Well stocked Kitchen (cooking items, coffees, teas, spices, etc ~ plenty to get you started if you want to cook for yourself). Very comfortable beds; beach towels, chairs, umbrella etc to take to the beach! Great hosts who responded quickly when I had just a few questions☺️ conveniently located just a 15 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches (Siesta key & Lido Beach), St Armand’s Key for wonderful shopping and restaurants & University Town Center for mall shopping, restaurants, etc. Just a great central location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Home for Family

Our family stayed here with our four kids ages 6 to 13 during spring break. The house was a perfect size, and very well stocked. The kids enjoyed the sand toys, we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved the quiet location. It was centrally located for the variety of activities that we wanted to do. We spent time out at Siesta Key, in Venice, out at Myakka River State Park, Lido Key and a few other places. All were easy access. The house was very clean and communication with the owner easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Sarasota Vacation Home

First, and of most importance to us, the house was very clean! Nikola was quick to respond to everything and was very accommodating. The house comes supplied with most everything you would need for your stay. The house is a short drive to Siesta Key beach, which is a beautiful beach, and to most everything else you would want to do in the area. The street that the house is located on has very little traffic. Overall, we thought the house was very nice and we had a great vacation!

Beautiful Home - 3 bedroom, squeaky clean and very nicely decorated !!

Our host was super nice and very quick to respond to any questions that I had before and while we stayed in her home. The house is super clean and I'm rather picky about that. The house is beautiful inside and out. 3 very spacious bedrooms and 2 very nice and modern bathrooms. Enough room for 6 people to sleep and move around to enjoy the house without any issues. We will definitely re-book this home on our next trip to Sarasota. I give them 10 stars - not just 5. We loved our stay here. On, and the street is short and VERY quiet. Lovely backyard and porch area's too. Inside and out - this VRBO is a real GEM !!

Excellent in every way

This property was everything we were looking for in terms of location, homey comforts, and cleanliness. It really went beyond our expectations in the quality of necessities that were supplied: beautiful soft bed linens, soaps, lotions, cozy throws and rugs, 2 HD TVs using ROKU TV apps and very comfortable reclining leather sofas and chairs in the living room. Everything, including kitchen appliances and the washer and dryer, was new. The street was quiet and peaceful. The house was recently renovated and the decor had a modern beachy feel. The king bed was very comfortable. So nice to have a usable garage for our car, too. This central location was just right for us since we were visiting many different attractions in Sarasota. We did not make use of the screened lanai, but for anyone who likes to grill or gather around a fire pit it would be great. This place would be at the top of our list next time we visit Sarasota. The owner was very responsive and checked with us to make sure we had all we needed.

Location is perfect, property clean and exactly as described and showed in the pictures. Owners very kind and answering fast to any question. I went with my family that includes 2 young kids, and you have everything you need in the house. I’d highly recommend this property.

Great weekend getaway!

Our married kids wanted to have a get away for Mother's Day, so both sets of parents came and we all stayed together. Really nice place, we all enjoyed our stay!
