We had an amazing time! The house was perfectly set up for our family, cozy and welcoming. It was fully stocked with essential items, and the location made it easy to drive to the beach and downtown. Highly recommend.

Excellent Sarasota stay

We loved this cute home. Safe neighborhood, close to downtown and a short drive to St. Armand’s. Home was quaint, clean and we certainly would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway without breaking the bank.

Great, clean home close to everything

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family of six. Just a few minutes away from great beaches and lots of family activities. We’d definitely stay here again.

The hosts were top notch and made us comfortable from the start in this lovely home. This cozy property has plenty of space to spread out and to relax together. We especially loved the outdoor screened area with a dining table and chairs and watching the beautiful birds in the trees all around. This property was in a good location and fulfilled all our needs.

Excellent Location & Great Provisions

This house is in a perfect location for our activities, including the Fogartyville community center and the Legacy Trail. It is well appointed, and has a great deck screened porch which we enjoyed. The owners were very responsive to your questions.

Great Sarasota Location!

The house is immaculate! Clean, with everything you would need in a vacation home. The location is fantastic , close to city center, Lido Key Beach, St. Armand's Circle, and great restaurants. I highly recommend this property!

Great home for quick weekend getaway

Stayed for a quick trip to Florida for a family birthday. House was clean in quiet neighborhood. Owner was very accommodating with our early arrival, even calling me the day before to check with us! Would definitely stay there again our next visit!!!

Sarasota weekend

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The house is very nice and clean. The updates and decor make it feel comfortable. The owners were very pleasant and left very useful information about the area.

Great Stay

The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and close to everything. The owner really thought of all the things that would help a traveling family. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. They also have created a great information binder that was very helpful for area things to do and see. We will stay here again if in the area.

Our central downtown Sarasota location is one of the best places to stay to be close to everything you'll want to do while visiting. The residential neighborhood is quiet and safe. Walk or Bike to many popular destinations. Only 1 mile to downtown Main Street shops and restaurants. Super close for biking to the Legacy bike Trail and a short walk to the free trolley that takes you down Main St to St Armands and Lido Key beach. Near to the Publix grocery store and Payne Park's 40 acres with playground, Tennis courts, skateboard park and Frisbee golf. We are also close to Selby Gardens, Sarasota Bay and Marina Jacks/Bayfront Park Tiki bar and restaurants on the water and Bobby Jones Golf course.

All you have to do is read our five star reviews. Our guests appreciate coming into a clean well equipped home. Our central location is a big hit. We are close to everything. 1 mile to Main St. Down the street from the Legacy bike trail and free trolley to St Armands and Lido Key beach. The fenced back yard is ideal for pet owners and families and the screened in back lanai/porch is comfortable for dining. The home is fully equipped and updated. It has a fully stocked kitchen. BBQ, Beach equipment, WIFI, work area and smart TV with cable. The home has everything you will need if you like to eat at home. Again location is close to everything - We are close to Sarasota Bay. And only 7.5 miles to the Benderson Rowing Park. And just around the corner to the Dattoli Cancer Center, the Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Baltimore Oriole Spring Training. There is a city Golf course near by called Bobby Jones. There is plenty of room to park your oversized vehicle, RV, Boat or trailer. Smoking is permitted in the back yard.
