Wonderful experience

Our family had a marvelous experience staying here. The house is gorgeous inside and out. The Christmas tree was nicely decorated. The teens had a great time playing with the entertaining table games in the loft. The bedrooms were nicely done as were the restroom. The house is just gorgeous. Being able to enjoy the accommodations like if we were at home was a great experience for our family. We would love to come back over the summer and enjoy the outdoor amenities. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Our communication with the property owners was quick and easy.

Perfect Place For Large Group

Great communication, great location, house is beautiful and layout is perfect for groups. Quick access to anywhere in vegas, or visiting grand canyon or hoover dam. Coffee bar is a nice amenity and was well stock with various coffee flavors. Definitely will stay again!

Graduation Vacation

We can’t rave enough about this establishment. The cleanliness, attention to detail was out of this world. Our first time ever using a Vrbo, the ease of planning to paying, checking-in to checking-out, was never stressful. Yvonne, made communication easy via messages. Our 10 person party had enough rooms/beds to sleep all 10 adults comfortably. What sold me the most on this house was the coffee bar, pool and if it could sleep 10 via the app. But we were soon to be amazed by the charm of the house. We were all in ahhhh with the layout of the property to how well it was decorated. The only thing we had to do was buy groceries. The house was furnished with everything you could have ever needed for your stay. Nicely done. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you have done to make our vacation special. ❤️Dawn

Great property, perfect for families

This house had everything we needed for a nice family trip and more. We traveled with four children 3 and under and everything in the house made our stay very accommodating. There was a baby gate for the stairs, a highchair, and a portable crib. The pool is gated securely and there were plenty of toys and floaties available. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay - we will definitely be back!

We completely fell in love with this house. with kids its great that they have a gate around pool. property manager was great with all communication and making us feel so welcomed in there home ,very satisfied customers 😀

Absolutely amazing!

Loved everything about the place. We have a big family and its hard to find a great place where everyone can fit — the space was not only perfect but it had everything we needed. From kitchen equipment to bathroom necessities. Checking in and checking out was easy, I highly recommend booking this home!

Nothing short of spectacular!!!

Absolutely incredible hosts! Every small detail that was offered completely blew our mind. We had 13 adults stay and the layout of the home didn’t make us feel that way at all. In a quiet neighborhood away from the strip. Would 10000% recommend for your next visit to Las Vegas. It was so easy to get ahold of the hosts and such an easy check in / check out process. Will definitely book for my next trip to Las Vegas! 20 out of 10 stay!

Amazing!!

Beautiful property, just like listing! I have stayed at dozens of vrbos but this has to be one of THE BEST! You know what makes it above all the rest?...the hosts who go above and beyond with great, responsive communication and those little extra details- welcome basket of goodies, pool toys, q-tips and cotton pads in bathroom, charging cords tbroughout the house. Nothing less than AMAZING! We will return to Vegas, forgo the Strip and just relax at this home!

Family stay for wedding in Vegas

Property was better than expected. The house fully functions as a fully stocked home. We were able to make meals, enjoy the pool, and rest comfortably for our stay. I was unclear about the cost of heating the pool/off season, and I did not get a reply back from the host, despite multiple attempts. That being said, I was able to find the information in the property guide that was on location.

wonderful family vacation

The house was absolutely beautiful! Had everything you could possibly want. Loved the pool and spa. The robes provided were a lovely touch. We really really enjoyed the coffee bar and the large dining table was perfect for us all to sit and relax and play cards and just talk. Yvonne is the best host ever!!

Wonderful for large group

Absolutely perfect for our large family! All the furnishings were great, the kitchen was very well equipped for a large group and all the special touches were lovely. Would definitely recommend this home!

Amazing home

This home was absolutely amazing. Very clean, AC was on point, and plenty of seating. The host was very responsive when we had questions. They supplied everything. The home was super spacious, we were 8 people and everyone had their own personal space. The backyard area with pool was very relaxing. We were able to cook without being on top of each other. I would recommend this home 100%. And just like the pic, they have to good ice lol.

What a House!

Our family (9 of us) had a wonderful time at this rental. It was the best VRBO home we have stayed at. It was very well equipped. Anything that you might need was there. The owner responded quickly whenever I sent her a message. The only downside of this trip was the weather. It was quite hot, but we had a good time. Thank you Mrs. Tran

Immaculate with tasteful decor

This home is by far the best verbo I have stayed in! The most comfortable beds you'll ever sleep on, kitchen is fully stocked, everything is labeled. We absolutely loved the Vietnamese coffee, the complimentary snacks and the ice machine. The gas grill was awesome, the electric smoker was absolutely amazing. There is a refrigerator poolside a d plenty of outdoor seating. The pool was heated which made it comfortable to swim. The only downside is the spa had no working jets. All smart TV's had cable and Netflix. The drive to the strip and Freemont was pleasant. Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. All within 10 minute drive. All the bedrooms have cellphone chargers. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

Great guys trip to Vegas

Eight old friends got together for a long weekend of golf, a little gambling, a show on the strip, and hanging out by the pool. It was pretty easy to get from the house to the airport, to downtown, and to a couple of different courses. We ended up making a couple of meals in the incredibly well stocked kitchen, the eight of us had no problem with places to sleep. The hosts have everything labeled and laid out to make it so easy to find what we needed, keep it clean, and clean up when we left. Nothing excessive, just take out the garbage don't make a mess. Could not recommend it more highly! If we come back in the next year or two we are definitely going to come and stay here again! Really quick and great communication as well.

Best VRBO I have ever seen

Most well stocked and prepared VRBO I have ever stayed in. Kitchen was excellently stocked and ready for our visit. I would consider any other properties of this owner.
