We stayed at this house while competing for dance nationals for a week! It was spacious, the back yard was so cute and relaxing at night, and really was well stocked! We would definitely stay at this location again if needing to come back to LBI!

The location was perfect for our family. There’s a park that’s walkable with our toddlers and they loved watching the ducks swim in the lagoon. We’ve stayed here the last two summers and it feels like a second home. The host even made new upgrades to which made it even more cozy and updated inside. Also, the outdoor shower is always a favorite for us all.

If you have a group of 6 or less, this is an ideal location in a quiet suburb just over the bridge from LBI.The host is great, the property was very clean, there's a nice deck on the lagoon. You're close to the beautiful beaches and great places to eat, and if you want to go to sleep early at night, it's very quiet too. Plenty of good restaurants nearby on both sides of the causeway. Nothing negative to say about the location or the area.Definitely recommend this location to a "fun but relatively quiet" group vs. the "drinking on the deck" group because this is a quiet, residential neighborhood.I do think heavy and/or blackout curtains in the master bedroom would be a nice change, because in the summer it is bright in that bedroom by 6:30am. Not everyone like the sun glare then, but it is easily fixable.

Josephine was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the home was great proximity to LBI. Beds were super comfortable and the backyard was peaceful and plenty of space to entertain. We loved our two weeks there. Thank you!

Cute beach house!

This property was very well maintained and in a super quaint, quiet, neighborhood. It was a great location to chill with friends for the weekend and also a convenient distance from all the fun activities and delicious food on LBI!

A beautiful house.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The proximity to LBI and restaurants was great. We also enjoyed the paddle board and kayak. Quiet evenings overlooking the water was amazing.

Memorable Summer Vacation

A beautiful house & property located on the lagoon. We loved our week down there vacationing and watching our daughter compete right in Manahawkin at Dance Nationals. Owner was fabulous! Highly recommend! 😊

First Lagoon Vacation (Loved)

It was our first time staying off LBI & everything was perfect & minutes away from island & ocean if needed. Local bay beach was perfect for our grandchildren. Josephines beautiful home was super clean & on a very quiet street and on the lagoon with all the toys for our use (kayaks, bikes etc...) Towels & linens provided were also very convenient. We had such a fun & relaxing week & would love to stay again. Josephine was only a call away if needed. Thank you Josephine, The Conway Family

Awesome property and host!

Josephine's property is immaculately kept and was incredibly clean and organized upon arrival. Plenty of space for our small family, with an ample amount of supplies for our stay (kitchen utensils, paper goods, linens). We really appreciated the communication with the host, she gave detailed instructions for our stay that made it seemless We have come to LBI for years and this was our first experience renting a home and we could not have had a better experience. We would 100% return to Josephine's property!

Adorable

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and more spacious than the pictures showed. We thought we would feel cramped in this home but not at all! The living area was spacious and open. The backyard was beautiful. Many seating areas and even a fire pit. We sat around the fire pit and made s'mores a few times. We loved the area as well. It was very quiet. The host also kept in touch to see if we needed anything!

This was our first stay off the island. I have to say, we were beyond impressed with the house and location! We loved the beautiful views and access to the water. The back setup with the firepit, table and chairs was absolutely amazing! Also, we unjoyed using the kayaks. The house was very clean and great layout. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The location to the stores for shopping was very convenient. The neighborhood was quite and beautiful. Out of the 25 years vacationing at LBI, this was one of our favorite houses.Josephine was very responsive to all our questions ahead of our trip and a pleasure corresponding with. She made sure our stay was perfect. Loved, loved this house! Thank you Josephine!
