Located in the heart of Beach Haven Gardens

Lovely oceanside cottage, seven houses from beach. Clean and accommodating, new furniture and appliances. Central air conditioning throughout. 3 bedrooms with a spacious second floor living room + double trundle that can serve as a comfortable 4th bedroom. House can sleep up to 8 guests.

The first floor includes:
- A well stocked galley kitchen with new appliances, Keurig coffee maker and open dining area
- Open living room with HD Smart TV, WIFI and cable
- Bedroom #1: Master Bedroom with King bed and HD Smart TV
- Full bathroom
- The front room includes futon that can convert to a single twin bed


The second floor includes:
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed with Smart HDTV
- Bedroom #3: 2 Twin beds
- Full bathroom
- A spacious second living room with cable HDTV and entry to outdoor balcony with bay views and auto-retractable awning. The room contains a double trundle that can serve as a 4th bedroom

Backyard deck includes patio set with umbrella, a gas grill and an outdoor shower. The garage contains a ping pong table, beach games, washer/dryer and a third 1/2 bathroom - a huge convenience, allowing guests to take a bathroom break from the beach without having to enter the main house. We will also provide 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart and boogie boards in the garage. The rental includes 6 beach badges. Just bring your own sheets/linens/towels.

Large private driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Ideal location for a short bike ride or leisurely stroll to Bay Village/Fantasy Island, arcades and water park - only a mile away. Easy walk to Wawa for essentials, Dockside Diner, Spray Beach Bagel and Grill, California Grill, Howard's Seafood and more all close by! Non-smoking, no pets.

Seasonal weekly rate (June 23-August 31) - $4400 - 4600, 7 day minimum.
Off season (Sep-May) - rates vary, please refer to rates section or send us an inquiry

We acknowledge that some wear and tear after a very busy summer rental season is probably starting to show itself. We plan to do some painting and improvements during the offseason as we always do. We appreciate your feedback but respectfully disagree with the rating. We’ve earned nothing but stellar reviews for 9 seasons and we hope future renters take that into consideration when booking

Girls weekend, and the house was perfect! It had everything thing we needed!! Best was being so close to the beach!Memories were made that will last a lifetime!! I usually go to Lavallette my first time to LBI in many years! It was perfect!!!!!Highly recommended this listing! Host was fantastic very accommodating!!!

Great location and attentive host. Easy access and excellent appliances. Furniture good for the most part but wear and tear on a few pieces and throw pillows dirty probably because end of season. Outside shower very dirty and did not appear cleaned. Queen mattress lumpy and king needed an insert to connect the twin top mattresses. Some door and drawer handles grimy. Had to run to store first thing in the morning for toilet paper as none provided and rolls were almost empty on arrival. Beach chairs and buggy in good condition. Outside upstairs deck comfortable and relaxing. Backyard was nicely set up. Only there for three nights so did not use grill or washer dryer but they appeared well kept. Overall a lovely cottage but definitely had the feeling that you were getting the end of the season quality not the beginning. Also you have to think of ALL supplies not just linens and towels. Would have been helpful to know ahead of time what other Necessary items were your responsibility. We brought dish detergent paper towels napkins and a couple of garbage bags but did not think toilet paper for a 3 night stay with only 2 occupants.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. Yes we’ve had back to back rentals since May, so we acknowledge some wear and tear is inevitable and we’re looking forward to freshening things up as soon as possible. A little surprised to hear about the queen mattress, we’ll check it out, but my kids fight over that bed. The welcome guide clearly states that paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are not provided, but we’ve been dinged on toilet paper before so we’ll update the guide to make it pop more (bold, caps, underline, etc). Hope you’ll be back regardless, communication was easy and you were ideal tenants

Great beach house

The beach house was great! I loved that they supplied beach equipment (cart, chairs, umbrellas). The house itself was spacious. Great location to many restaurants and Fantasy Island. Close walk to the beach.

Perfect beach vacation rental property

We were 4 adults, 1 teen and 2 preteens, the house was comfortable for all to enjoy time together and privacy. The 2nd floor living room is a real bonus. The proximity to the beach, shopping and entertainment is perfect. Would highly recommend this property.

Great week

Great beach house that is exactly as advertised. Plenty of space (more than a family of 4 needed), clean, on a quiet street in short walking distance to the beach. Upstairs is especially nice. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

JULY 4TH WEEK

The property is as advertised and the location was perfect for our family. Plenty of space inside and out, having a third bathroom in garage was a plus. Communication with the owner was excellent - overall a great place to stay.

Early summer vacation

Overall the house was very clean and had many options for activities. 2 minute walk to a pretty much private beach was a fantastic addition.

Great location and perfect house layout

The location of the house was perfect. So close to the beach and within walking distance to Bay Village. The layout of the house was ideal. The two living room areas allowed everyone to have space. (Teens in one area and adults in the other). Plenty of room to easily fit 3 cars in the driveway and the ping pong table in the garage was an added bonus. We had a great time!

The way the rooms were located in the house allowed both privacy and togetherness. The 2nd living room upstairs was a great amenity. We appreciated the beach cart, and the overall serene interior. A good time was had by all.

The Perfect Location

Had a great week at the house. Perfect distance to the beach and the bay (good place to fish) and within walking distance of bagels, places for dinner and ice cream. Nice amenities in the house as well like the chairs for the beach and the ping pong table. Kitchen appliances all brand new and wonderful. My favorite place to hang out - the upstairs balcony. Had an awesome week with family.

Exactly what we needed

This was a lovely rental for a group of friends renting off season for a wedding in LBI/spray beach. It says it sleeps 8 and includes a tiny futon which i don’t think any of my guys friends could fit on. Fortunately there were multiple large couches and a sectional so our group of 8 was able to sleep comfortably. Only other thing was that the ceiling and subsequent ceiling fan in the kitchen was low so my 6 foot plus friends had to be very careful walking by because if they didn’t pay attention and the fan was on, they might have their head slashed by a moving ceiling fan. Thank you for a great stay!

Thank you for your feedback Rory! The 8th bed is a twin size trundle that is stored underneath the twin bed in the second floor living room. The futon would be for a smaller 9th guest. Apologies you were not aware of the other twin bed.

Aside from some needed updates and a sliding glass door that was difficult to close, the property was fantastic. Lots of space for the family, and so close to the beach! Wouldn't hesitate to rent again and Tom was very responsive.

Lovely off season stay at the beach

A very comfortable house with many pluses. We easily slept 6 adults and 1 child. My only suggestion is that in one of the upstairs bedrooms there is an option to push the two twin beds together to make an additional queen bed. Also, I didn't read the contract well, make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and garbagebags. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

Like Being at Home

The house was homey and inviting. Every amenity worked perfectly and it was amazingly comfortable. Just a few minute walk to the beautiful beach. Would highly recommend to any family!
