This eclectic, 3-story townhouse is located right in the heart of the Southside Historic District, making it the perfect starting point for exploring all that Chattanooga has to offer! 5 minute drive to the aquarium, Coolidge Park, Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium, UTC campus, and across the street from the Barrelhouse Ballroom and the Signal! Guests rave about the 3 throwback arcade machines in the game room. The second and third floors have everything you need for a stress-free stay. Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances.

WALK to almost anything and everything you want to do. I highly encourage reading our reviews to reassure you that this IS the place to book in Chattanooga!

Excellent Location

We absolutely loved our stay…it may be our favorite VRBO property! It was spotless, and the decor was so fresh and fun! The location was excellent-we loved that once we parked, we could walk to just about anywhere! We are already thinking about coming back!

Five stars plus!

The unit is exactly like the photos online with lots of thoughtful extras. EXCELLENT! Great neighborhood near restaurants and activities. And off street parking is a huge plus.

We appreciated the location in addition to the uniqueness of the property. My kids and husband played videos games while I read a book on the balcony.

Perfect location!

We booked our stay not knowing anything about Chat, and this place ended up being perfect! There are so many fun dining and other options within a 15 minute walk. The townhouse was super clean, fun, and easy!

Great Location

This is a great location for anyone who wants to have a multitude of options within walking distance. Groceries, Restaurants, Bars and attractions are all within a 10 minute walk. If you don't want to go anywhere or take breaks in between the attractions, you can sit around and play arcade games. I would definitely consider another stay if we come back to Chattanooga. I would recommend for couples or a small group of friends, not families. Be warned: There's also two flights of stairs, so don't get too crazy when you're out on the town!!!

Fun spot for kids

We stayed here for a couple days and really liked it. The check-in/out process was easy and the place is in a really great location. Public transportation is close as are great places to eat. The kids enjoyed the video games.

Great downtown spot!

This was the perfect spot for our weekend conference at the Chattanooga Convention Center. The place was very nice and clean, and had everything we needed. Not to mention arcades (including NBA Jam). A very fun place to stay for a family, or two couples, especially if you want somewhere downtown that is walking distance from so many things! Highly recommended!

Great Location

Took my niece and her friend here for a graduation trip. Lots to do within walking distance. I will say if you have knee problems, the condo does have two flights of stairs..fyi. Overall would definitely recommend.

Nice spot, arcade games were a good touch. Walking distance to many restaurants. Stayed here for an event at the Choo Choo. Would book this place again.

Perfect Stay

The townhome was beautiful. It felt like a hotel! Everything was very clean and neat with all the amenities. It’s in a great neighborhood and super close to restaurants and the main attractions.

Excellent Stay on Chattanooga’s Southside

Our family loved this property and the location. My boys had a great time playing the arcade games. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, parks, shopping and coffee shops. I appreciated how clean the property was and the little extras like k-cups, dish and laundry soap. I highly recommend this location and rental!
