We had a wonderful stay at the Indigo Flat. It was centrally located and an easy walk to all we wanted to see at the Riverfront. The flat was stocked with everything we needed and the bed was comfy to top it off. We will definitely stay again if in the area!! Thank you

Had a great 2 night stay. Great location. Responsive host. We didnt cook but it had what you needed to cook if you plan to. Went by other reviewers and had breakfast at Ruby Sunshine (6 min walk) and tried Aretha Frankenstein’s (a drive) but it was closed due to a cooler issue. We were disappointed but ended up at Big Bad Breakfast which was amazing with FRESH SQUEEZED OJ. We weren’t lucky enough to get the free spot in front of the unit LOL but parking wasn’t an issue. Really nice place, would definitely recommend.

The stay was great — the property was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk or quick drive to downtown, restaurants, and local attractions. Parking was also much easier than some reviews suggested; clear instructions were provided, and we had no issues finding a spot throughout our stay.

Very nice accommodations. Great location. Everything was as it was represented on the VRBO site. Warm and cozy and nicely appointed. Easy 8 minute walk to the Soldiers and Sailors museum with a restaurant conveniently located about halfway in between (Universal Joint). Highly recommend the host and this VRBO!

I am giving this apartment a 5* based on the inside of the apartment, and communication with Katie. However, I do want to let others know about the parking. Katie was unaware that the "free" spots on her original listing were no longer free, so she has updated the listing to reflect accordingly. The "free unloading spot" stayed occupied, by the same vehicle, during our entire stay, and it looked as if it had been there a while. We did not have any trouble finding a metered parking spot within seeing distance from inside of our room. Parking is free from 6pm-8am, HOWEVER, the cost of parking is 2.00 an hour during the remaining hours.The apartment was very clean, and had nice kitchen & bathroom updates! There were plenty of nice bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc during our stay, and the bed was very comfortable. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable and only 1 other chair. Listing says sofa had been replaced with comfortable chairs? We felt safe during our stay which is important, and the noise of traffic wasn't bad.Check out list inside the apartment needs to include a number to call upon checkout. I didn't get your email regarding the number to call until I was almost home.

This property was wonderful, so clean and cozy. I was very impressed by the cleanliness. Centrally and conveniently located to the Tennessee Aquarium and many other activities in Chattanooga. I would definitely recommend this property for an amazing weekend getaway. The restaurants in walking distance were amazing, our favorite breakfast spot Ruby Sunrise the staff was so friendly and hands down the best pancakes, that I have ever eaten in my life.

We had a wonderful stay! The flat was clean, comfy, and cozy. A perfect home away from home. The location was fantastic with excellent walkability, making it so easy to enjoy everything Chattanooga has to offer. We loved being close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions while still having a quiet and relaxing space to come back to. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Loved how close it was to everything. I would recommend that you update your parking information and let your guest know that they will have to pay for parking on the street because the spot in front is not large enough for two vehicles. Liked the guest book because it had several recommendations in there from previous guests and they were all great! Will be back!!
