This updated, Gulf-front paradise has guests never wanting to go home! From the casual nature and atmosphere here at Aqua Villa to the convenient location to shopping, dining and local attractions - this is the perfect place for your trip to the Emerald Coast.

This condo is on the 2nd floor of the Aqua Villa condominium, the entire condominium has four floors with just 24 units and it also has an elevator. The renovation of the exterior of the building and replacement of elevator is complete. Our beach is always less crowded than other buildings in the area. This is one of the few buildings that allow pets on the island.
Beach service with two chairs and umbrella are included during season of March to October.

Location couldn't have been better. The place was a little dirty. The only washer that worked was on the 4th floor. The elevator wasn't working.

Wonderful location, easy to find very easy check in. The kitchen had everything to prepare meals, very comfortable beds and couch. The beach was literally steps from the pool and the pool was large and so nice. We enjoyed using the charcoaler by the pool one evening. Beautiful view of the ocean from the dining table. We would definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed the whole month of February 2026..We had a very wonderful stay at this condo...Very clean gulf views and on the beach.The Aqua Villa was a great place to stay...

The condo was comfortable and the ocean view and beach access were fantastic! The pool and deck area were also very nice. The unit is in need of some minor repairs and updates, such as paint and other cosmetic defects/repairs. The silverware drawer was stocked with nothing but spoons which gave us a good laugh. Overall we were safe, comfortable, and had a FANTASTIC vacation.

No complaints whatsoever! Communication was always clear and very helpful. Accommodations on last minute changes were amazing with no hassle. The room was perfect for our trip. It is very spacious, clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen items you would need to make your snacks and meals. There is also a convenient store located right infront of the location incase anything is needed in a pinch! The ocean beach view is a wonderful peaceful dream to wakeup and go to sleep to. There's a pool located just steps away from your door if you'd like a calm dip in. Overall did not disappoint and will definitely be booking this location again!

It was alright, but there was no utensils, no extra toilet paper or paper towels, no hand soap, the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom, the shower never fully turned off.

Hi, It’s disappointing to get this review as it does not reflect the efforts we take in maintaining the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils needed, bathrooms are stocked with soaps, shampoo, conditioners, toilet paper. If there is any maintenance issue guest can reach out to us and we will get it fixed. Thank you

Great location and access to the beach. Enjoyed having beach access without being overcrowded. The cost was more reasonable than you would find anywhere else for being directly on the beach. I would stay again.

Property was just as described. The place was clean and the ocean was beautiful. If you will be cooking, bring your own dish sponge, you are only given 1 kitchen towel. Also, if you want to do laundry there is a commercial water and dryer separate from the room that takes an app to use. Also internet was spotty. I am in grad school and I couldn't get my school apps to load. I had to use my phone as a hot spot to get my assignments completed. I would definitely consider returning despite these things.

A Time to Remember

Check in and out was super easy and convenient. While we only had a short visit the kids had a great time at the pool. The beach was steps away. Beautiful mornings and splendid views.

Location, location. location. Complex sits right on the beach, short walk to the beautiful water. The beach is not crowded like other areas. Unit was as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was great and others staying nearby were pleasant. We were in close proximity to all great attractions. The easy beach access was a bonus as well.
