PERFECT STAY

We stayed in June. This Condo was perfect for our family. Private parking, bottom floor, and just steps from the beach! Kim was great and responded super fast to a few questions I had. We WILL book this condo again!

Ft Walton weekend getaway

Beautiful beach area

Overall experience here was absolutely incredible 😁. The condo was bigger and better than i thought and had many upgrades. This place is quiet and in a small community. Vista Del Mar is a great pet friendly place. Kim, the Host, was great and the communication was wonderful. The only draw back was; I wished it was on the 2nd floor for the view. I will definitely return for another stay! 😁🏝️

Great beach. Steps away from the water but a sand dune blocks ocean view from ground floor. Dogs welcome in condo but not on beach. Get a 2nd or 3rd story room for a beach view! Enjoyed our stay!! Loved the complimentary beach chair service.

Everything was fabulous. Cleanest rental property we have ever been at. Quiet beaches with a daily air show. Dog friendly too! Easy to contact property manager, and we got early check in. We WILL be back.

Perfectly located condo with a stunning beach just steps away. The condo is clean, comfortable and well-stocked - and Kim is a receptive and kind host.

Sweet and Short

My family and I stayed here Memorial Weekend for a little getaway. The condo was clean, quiet, and cozy. The beach was a short distance over the dune where two complimentary chairs with umbrella awaited you. Loved the quiet area even though is was nestled between two giant condominiums. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Right on the ocean

Beautifully furnished and right next to the ocean, gorgeous white sand beach, very clean beach and condo. Sand dunes block the wind and the ocean view but the bottom floor walkout without stairs is very nice with our service animal dog. The view of the beach is just a few steps away so I think I appreciated the wind being blocked by the dunes. Nice outdoor seating. Kitchen has limited counter space and pans all stick when cooking. Cell service and internet were iffy...only problems. Beds and sheets were super comfortable as was living room furniture. Sheets were provided for couch sleeping for 20 year old grandson. Multiple outlets in bedroom were much appreciated as I usually travel with power strips which were not needed...very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

This complex is one of a kind! It has only 9 condos and is at almost the very end of Okaloosa Island. It is SO close to the beach and you don't have to park and walk forever just to get to your room or the beach.

Because this complex is only 9 units and so close to the Air Force base, you are not surrounded by TONS of people. It's very quiet - yet still close to all the conveniences you need for a vacation.
