The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

The master bedroom has a king size bed along with a large bathroom with a wonderful soaking tub. Bedroom two has a unique pyramid bed with a queen size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. You will enjoy TVs in every room, a full-size washer & dryer along with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The outdoor pool is the perfect way to cool off on those warm summer days or just enjoy a break from the beach!

This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1 block), Convention center (3.5 blocks) and Seacrets (4 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous fantastic restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. Secure building with code entry into elevator lobby.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 1st floor but is not ground level. Astoria is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Building has an onsite fitness room and an outdoor shower for guest use.
* Easy beach access
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 45th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.
