Welcome to our beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath bayside condo conveniently located in the heart of Ocean City, MD. We have updated our home with everything you should expect for an enjoyable vacation. The highly desirable Bradley on the Bay complex is located right next to Ocean City's Convention Center and 2 blocks away from one of the best beaches on the east coast. Our condo has views of the bay from our large ground floor deck where you can enjoy incredible sunsets. Relax in our bay-side outdoor community pool and enjoy a truly enjoyable vacation.
Our ideal mid-town location is within close distance to many great restaurants, shops, and activities including Seacrets, Coconuts Beach Bar, Dumser's Dairyland, Jolly Rogers, Shottie's Point, Barn 34, many more.

2. Unfortunately, we do not rent to high school seniors or parents booking for their children
3. There is no smoking or vaping in the condo
4. Per condo rules no pets are allowed for renters
5. Please obey the condo rules and be considerate of others
6. This is our 2nd home and not just a rental. Please treat our home with respect as it was your own

Awesome!

We stayed here for a short getaway. The place was very clean. Communication with the owner was great and quick! The location was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely book again!

Hidden Gem

Beautiful condo with all the amenities you could need. Stayed here for the Country Calling Festival. This was the perfect location for our stay and plenty of stores & food locations nearby. Owner was extremely friendly and very accommodating for our needs at check-in. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Convenient Location

Property was very clean with all the necessary appliances and kitchen supplies. Short walk to many retail locations, restaurants, and to Seacrets.

Beautiful accommodations right on the bay!

I have stayed in several condos within this complex over the years, and this one has been my favorite by far. The property was exceptionally clean and exactly as shown in the listing photos. The instructions for check-in, check-out, and the general rules and guidelines were very clear, very reasonable, and easy to follow. All features and appliances were working properly. This is my first time traveling and staying in a condo since becoming a partial wheelchair user. The fact that this building has a ramp to the door gave me relief and ease beyond words while enjoying this time away with my best friends. Even though we ended up staying during Bike Week, this condo is set just far enough from the main road that we never had any problems with noise. Which is a lot more than I can say for where I actually live! The host was extremely prompt with communication, friendly, and helpful. Thank you for sharing your second home with us. We would absolutely love the opportunity to come back next year.

Amazing little getaway

We were so grateful to find this beautiful place, so close to the boardwalk and in a quiet nook on the bay. Short walk across the road to a nice beach and a short drive to the boardwalk with plenty of things to do off the boardwalk. Carl was thorough in details and checked in to make sure everything was good. Our family of 5 fit comfortably. Thanks Carl!

Weekend family beach trip

My husband, myself and our 3 children enjoyed a weekend getaway in Ocean City. Carl was a great host and very responsive. He checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was a nice place and great location!

Bradley on the Bay

Great host and great property. Very clean and convenient to the bay, pool, attractions and across the street from the 37th street beach access ( 6 min walk). Our 2nd time here and would definitely return/ highly recommended!

We decided to take a quick trip with friends for a birthday getaway and rather than booking multiple rooms, came across this location and was pleasantly surprised. Pictures were great … but in person it was better! Great views and location. Carl was responsive and very kind. I appreciate the hospitality he provided and hope to stay in the future!

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

Close enough to the boardwalk but far enough for quiet. Community was nice and parking was awesome. Host was great at communicating and binder with information was a nice touch! Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay with our Family

We had a great time staying at this property for our Daughter's dance competition taking place at the convention center in close proximity. Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located to many great restaurants and beaches in Ocean City. Carl was very attentive to making sure our stay was successful and would happily stay again when visiting OC.

What we were looking for

Overall, made the trip enjoyable. Located perfectly for a family that wants close access to the boardwalk but far enough away to settle in for the night without distraction. Owner was great and communicated well. No surprises.

Awesome stay

Me and my family had a great stay. 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms was great. Air conditioning was cold and tvs in each room to keep kids happy. Great location close to everything. The only thing was the awkward entry squeezing past bed. Other than that great stay.

Sweet Bradley by the bay

Great property. The 2nd house was just what we needed to house our grandkids, and have fun by the sea. The rooms were nice and clean, the kitchen was awesome, and location was the best. I thought the rate was reasonable considering your in a resort area. One of the other owner had a dog that bite my grandson, I called was immediately directed to Rick, who got me the info I needed. the grandson has a tooth mark that broke skin, and will leave a scar, he is trying to be cool, but he likes the battle scar. Carl the owner of the property was easy to reach, and was very nice to deal with, and Rick the manager was our neighbor, and easy to inter-act with. A great stay Bradley (also the name of one of my grands) by bay, I would recommend it highly!!! Thanks Carl!!! you and your 2nd home rock!!!

Nice place, great location!

The property was clean, updated and had everything we needed as advertised. It’s a short walk to Seacrets and many other shopping areas and restaurants.

Perfect Bayfront location

This property is the perfect location to oceancity festivities. You can see the pool and bay from the porch. Carl is the most responsive and helpful host I've dealt with on vrbo. Condo i clean, modern ans spacious. It is a little odd that the door that locks to go in and outside, opens into the bedroom. Not a big deal, you just have to walk around back to unlock the door. We had a great time. Thanks Carl
