Steps from restaurants, all the best shopping, museums and tourist landmarks. Truly a prime downtown location. King bedroom. Pullout sofa. Updated kitchen with television! Original beautiful historic hardwood floors. Parking is on the street. This unit is in a secure building with coded entry, right behind the SCAD library.

Public Parking:
Metered street spots are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone or parking in the nearby State St parking garage if there is availability.

The apartment was in the perfect location for us. Very convenient to walk to wherever we wanted to go in Savannah. There was a parking deck 1/2 a block away that was also convenient.

Great location!

Great spot for checking out the Savannah riverfront... short walk to lots of shops and restaurant. The property was clean and well maintained. Quiet and what felt like a safe neighborhood.

Great location for walking around downtown in the historic district and waterfront. Parking was not difficult to find, but nearly everything downtown is a metered spot Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm at a cost of 2/hr. The apartment itself was nice, clean, stocked and well taken care of. It was perfect for a couple. It is an old building so it tends to be creaky and noisy when walking around so you can hear your neighbors as they walk around, but it didn't bother us much. It's location isn’t on a noisy street so that isn't an issue. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again.

I Really Enjoyed My Stay

I loved staying at this property for my little vacation. It was quaint and homey. It had everything I could possibly need. I felt safe as well. Being close to River Street was a plus.

Historic stay

The property was correctly described. The location was excellent! It might be worth it to suggest to guests who are on the second floor to be mindful of tenants on the first floor regarding heavy walking. It's an old historic home and sound travels. It's a great choice

A Very Cozy Place

This prooerty was in a very good location. It was close to a free DOT bus stop, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Inside, the apartment was fully equipped with necessities andand was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great location

Great location however the quiet hours don’t pertain to the apartment upstairs. They were very loud after midnight Saturday into Sunday. The apartment was well stocked with coffee and toiletries. Easy to park on the street in front or in the parking garage.

Perfect location and very comfy

The space was exactly what we needed for our getaway. The bed was super comfy, quanit furnishings, and thoughtful touches like a first aid kit in the bathroom. The coolest thing was the interactive wall-mounted tablet that have you all the info you needed to settle in comfortably. About an eight to ten block walk to River St. Beatiful setting!

This property was fantastic. The location couldn’t be beat, place was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Read the directions for the keypads and you will have no problem. Loved it!

Conveniently Located

We chose this unit because of its location in historic Savannah. It is conveniently located within walking distance of most historical sites of Savannah. The unit is comfortably equipped with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Check-in/Check-out and communication with the property manager was made simple with the interactive board located in the kitchen. If you’re looking for convenience during your stay in Savannah, stay here.

Great location, noisy upstairs neighbor

We liked the apartment, but it was hard to sleep most nights with tenant above us walking back and forth on hardwood floors right over our bed. Apartment very clean- but you feel like you are boxed in- windows looks out to a wall. The place is pretty dark- which some may really like… Kitchen well stocked. We appreciated the snacks. Location amazing. Very quiet, yet close to everything.

Perfect location in a beautiful city

The apartment and location were perfect! The personal touches were nice and much appreciated, especially the k-cups, snacks and bathroom/hygiene supplies. The only complaints were an exceptionally loud upstairs tenant. They were banging and dragging furniture or something continuously from the evening, through overnight, into the morning hours. Aside from that, it was wonderful! I love your city and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Cutest apartment in the perfect location

Me and my husband really loved this apartment! It was so cute and had the old Savannah feel we were looking for. The bed and pillows were so comfy, we slept like a king and queen every night we were there. If you are like us and need a loud fan to sleep, we bought a box fan and left it in the closet for others to use (and us if we ever get to come back😀) The air conditioning worked great! I loved the little welcome screen in the kitchen when we got there. It is close to EVERYTHING, literally right next door the the Owen-Thomas house. The parking was easy in the parking garage next door ( just make sure you park on the east side, you come out right next door!) I have no complaints, we loved our stay in Savannah!

Amazing time! Very central location that made walking very easy. Parking was the only draw back and even then it wasn’t bad at all. You just may have to circle the block a few times. Loved the space and the host left a book with lots of great recommendations! Will definitely be back.

North Historic District-Savannah

Great location for walking to restaurants, museums etc. The king bed was comfortable. If you’re staying on there 1st floor, I have to agree with other reviewers and the noise 2nd floor guests create. Should be shared with 2nd floor guests or book the 2nd floor.A few concerns: our towels were damp when showering in the evening upon our first night. No big deal, but damp bed sheets were uncomfortable for sleeping the first night. Housekeeping has some areas for improvement.The kitchen is well stocked, but we would looked for a cutting board with no luck. The water/fridge filter was expired.Otherwise no show stoppers or concerns for staying again.

You can't beat the location of this property, it's one block south of Broughton on Oglethorpe Square. Super easy to walk to everywhere in the historic district.

Clean and comfortable. The king sized bed was a must for us. Reasonable walking distance to all parks, the river, and museums. Parking was not a problem.

Excellent location & Communication

The location of the apartment in this historic building was perfect for us. We were within a few blocks/less than a mile from all that we wanted to experience and loved the walkability to all. Staying in a historic building gave us a feel for what makes Savannah special. We appreciated the architecture of the building and apartment.The bed and bedding were excellent and made for restful nights. The host provided clear communication for arrival and also departure.

Could not have a better location!

Unit was just as described, had everything we needed. The location just could not have been better. Being right on a square just makes you feel like you are "in" Savannah. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We participated in the 2 hour walking architecture tour which started right across the street and it was great! We also did the 1 hour golf cart tour of the cemetery which was really nice. Both tours taught so much about Savannah history we really enjoyed them.Would stay in the unit agaon for sure!

Our stay in Savannah

The location was great. We walked almost everywhere with a few bus rides and Ubers mixed in. It’s an old building, it’s in the historic district after all. It’s been updated and nice for what you pay for it. The only downside is the wood floors are noisy. We were on hhe first floor and the person above us was walking around at all hours of the day and night. Nothing breaking the rental agreement, maybe bathroom trips, coming in late or going out early but lots of walking around. It woke us at times but wasn’t a major problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
