Sandy Retreat at The Sunbird is a 5th floor condo located Directly On the Beach and next door to Pineapple Willy's. Modern and Updated. 1 bedroom Queen bed / 1 bath with Queen sleeper sofa. Quality linens. Gated and Secure. Fully stocked Kitchen. New appliances, linens and furnishings. Conveniently located to restaurants, bars and amusements. 3 pools, Tennis court / Pickle Ball courts,Volley ball nets, Shuffleboard. Gym & vending machines on site. Free Beach Chair Set up Mar - Oct. Must be 25 yrs old to Book. Video Doorbell in use for added security. You will be required to pay a Resort Fee prior to arrival. ID and vehicle info will be required. A link will be sent. All Guest 10 years and older must wear an armband while on property.

The condo was very clean. This is our 3rd time staying at Sandy’s. It has a great view of the ocean and if you ever need to get a hold of her during your stay, she answers you within a couple of minutes. It’s in a great location and we just love staying there.

What a beautiful view from the balcony. Loved the free beach chairs and the host was great. We truly enjoyed our stay. Great restaurants close by.

Everything was perfect! Clean and wow at the view for morning coffee . My husband and I enjoyed every minute here and can’t wait to return. Sandy is easily reached, but we had zero issues but so enjoyed meeting her.

This was my first time getting my own rental, my daughter usually does all of this stuff, and the process was very easy. My stay was amazing, the view was beautiful and everything was so clean. I would stay here again.

This was our second time of staying at the Sunbird. Sandy is such a gracious host and is always a text away if you have any questions. Our condo was so clean and our view was just beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

Loved our stay! Beautiful inside and the gulf view was amazing. This was our 3rd visit to the Sunbird but. It this unit, definitely would stay in this unit again. Communicate was amazing!

Sandy made sure our stay was everything we wanted. She checked on us several times throughout our stay. This will definitely be a new family tradition vacation staying with Sandy.

Beach Vacay

This unit had a fabulous view of the ocean. Was close and convenient to all Panama City Beach has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The Condo was a wonderful place to stay. Beautifully decorated, very clean. Sandy was great. She gave us good recommendations on where to eat and things to do. We will stay there again.

Weekend getaway

Very clean location with all amenities. Fantastic communication prior to and throughout the stay. Was notified before the stay of some AC issues, but decided to stay anyway. The bedroom had a unit and the condo stayed cool. Would recommend to others and would stay again!

Excellent property

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was very quiet and right on the beach. The condo was clean and had absolutely everything that I needed. I would definitely highly recommend staying here!

Sunbird is our 2nd short-term vacation rental property in Panama City Beach. We love having Guest enjoy our property as much as we do. We take pride in providing a Super clean, Updated and comfortable space for vacation rentals.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The property is Gated and Secure. Somewhat smaller in size compared to other properties in PCB so less traffic, less elevator wait time and less parking confusion. Perfectly located near Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, Golf and many outdoor Amusement Parks.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Sunbird has had a major exterior overhaul since Hurricane Michael in 2018. A brand new super large deck with newly resurfaced pools has been completed. Newly purchased Guest luggage carts and updated laundry facility with new coin-free App accessible washers and dryers. Tennis and Pickleball courts have been resurfaced and the Gym has been updated with new equipment.
