We have COMPLETELY RENOVATED THIS CONDO. All new cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The bath is tiled and has a new soaker tub. New tile floors through out the condo. All new chairs and queen sofa sleeper.

Oceanfront Condominium with a sliding glass door in the master bedroom and the living room leading to the balcony overlooking the gulf. This is a 'B' floor plan. The views are stunning, you can literally see 20 miles up and down the beach. Sunbird B Unit with a bright beach décor. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, king bed and sliding glass door from the bedroom to the balcony. Everything you need to have a great time at the beach.

SNOW BIRDS - WINTER RATES APPLY FOR NEXT JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL - IT'S STILL COLD UP THERE - STAY HERE LONGER.

This unit sleeps 4 with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit is super clean as it has been the owners’ personal unit.

This deluxe suite includes dedicated internet access for this unit only with a landline phone for all occupants.

The condo was as advertised. Super clean and easy check-in process. The owners were super friendly and easy to deal with. Wouldn’t mind staying with these folks anytime.

Our 3rd stay and still our favorite! We’ve stayed here three times now, and I think that says everything! We absolutely love this condo and keep coming back because it really feels like our little home away from home.The views are AMAZING! There’s just something so relaxing about sitting on the balcony, enjoying the ocean, and taking in that beautiful view. The unit has everything we need for a comfortable, relaxing stay.We especially love that the beach chairs are included, such a nice convenience and one less thing to worry about!The location, the view, the condo itself, and just the overall experience make it hard to choose anywhere else.We’ve had another wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

Property just as described. Easy check in. Loved chairs at beach. Very clean. Host replies quickly and fixed any thing I asked. The view is amazing. Can see a long way. Beach superb. Not a fan of chairs on deck and toilet paper paper towels well like paper but I understand. Really only change would be the seating on deck.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautiful, with comfortable furniture and a perfectly equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The views were incredible—every window and door looked directly out onto the beach, and the balcony was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. Communication with Robyne was excellent; she provided all the information we needed well in advance, making our stay completely seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
The balcony is a perfect place to see the sunset!

Great Place and Location

All was good perfect view of the beach. Close to everything would stay again. Didn’t realize construction was going on but didn’t bother us any. Great place !!!

Perfect spot on the Beach

Beautiful sunsets every night, nice beach to walk, some construction on the other building but didn't bother us at all. All in all a perfect three weeks

Gorgeous, clean, very accommodating condo!!! The balcony view was amazing! I would definitely come back! The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The only advice I’d give is bring your own chairs and tent bc the beach service was less than desirable.

Great view lots of windows

Great place. We stay every year in PCB and this is the first condo I will be renting again. Owner was accommodating and easy to work with. Clean well appointed unit with easy parking. Building and grounds were kept up also. Highly recommend.

Anniversary trip

We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary in PCB and this condo was perfect!! It was beautiful and the view was amazing. Our section of the beach was never too crowded and everything was very seamless. We would love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend

Great time

My wife and I had a great time this week at the condo. The beach chairs were an added bonus that saved time at the beach. The condo was clean and close fo everything we enjoy.
