Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay here was amazing. The one bedroom was very well decorated and very comfortable to our family.

It was great and very convenient. I personally had an issue with the bathroom cleanliness. Moldy sink faucet and handle, hair on the walls, yellowed shower liner. But to others, like my wife, it didn’t really bother her. Overall the place is nice and had a good experience.

The stay was fine. There could have been more things as a starter kit such as toilet paper, dish soap(we had none). The sondo was clean and had all the essential cookware.

Condo was furnished poorly, needs upgrade, kitchen not well equipped, tried to contact the rep in my email, never responded; parking was extra. Would not go back.

Nice condo for a couple

The condo was well decorated and it was on a quiet end of the complex. It was perfect for a couple wanting to get away for the weekend.

Everything was very clean! Extra towels, blankets, etc. The view of the water right from the balcony was fantastic! Everything was easily accessible and the beach was only steps away! We will be staying here again!

Great location! Convenient Parking as well!

We would definitely stay here again! It was great being able to park on the 4th level of the parking deck and walk straight to the condo without using the elevators. Also, VERY convenient to the FloraBama!!!

Love Phoenix X. Nice condo. Well stocked with everything we needed. Great pool and grilling area. Great location. We didn’t have any issues. Just wish the owner would have been a little bit more responsive with general questions through the app.

Condo was clean and exactly as described. Loved the ninja coffee maker too! Made coffee in the mornings on the balcony even better. Great location, and we love the building. Having a parking garage attached, where you can simply walk from the garage to your floor without the need of the elevators is top notch. We will be back!
