Just what we were looking for!

This house was just what we were looking for. Close to train station. Clean. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend and we will stay here again next time we come north.

Great place to stay - First time using a Vrbo

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a nice location in Ipswich. We were from out of state with out 7 year old Chi Mix. The place was very clean and well maintained.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Great location and short drive to see all of the city’s we planned to visit, Salem/Boston/Rockport/Newburyport. The place was gorgeous inside and out, private and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was perfect for our evenings we cooked in. Couldn’t have picked a better place for our family to stay!!

Great location to beach!

Very convenient location to Crane Beach, Ipswich and Essex. Very clean, seemed brand new. Owners were very quick to respond and friendly. We will return!

Great stay, perfect location getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We stayed over Christmas and the house/apartment was a perfect location to visit family down the road. Kitchen was great to have breakfast and had a nice table, which we appreciated since we had several meals at the house. Cozy living room and well equipped bathroom. Also great to have washer & dryer. Bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well here. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to return in the future, Kathleen was a great host!

Very comfortable and clean

We had a great stay in this apartment! Very comfortable and clean! It is located in a beautiful Location, very close to the beach, Crane Estate, apple picking and the train system if you want to go into Boston. The owners were friendly and communicated very well with me! We will definitely keep this as a place for a possible Future stay!

Quiet location near local attractions

We loved the modern kitchen to help us with our food sensitivities while traveling. This is a great place to retreat for quiet enjoyment of the Great Marsh area with its historical attractions and proximity to a relaxing beach. Hosts are friendly and responsive. Will stay again in the future.

Beautiful spot and welcoming hosts

We really enjoyed our stay here. We needed a local place to stay while our home was undergoing some renovations, and this place was perfect for us. It’s a beautiful property in an ideal location near Crane’s Beach and Russell Orchards (we enjoyed some prime strawberry picking). Every detail was attended to and the place is set up well for a small family. All of the linens were clean and comfortable. We would stay again!

Great option

Was coming from out of state for a wedding at Crane Estate and looking for a house so we could bring our dogs. The location was perfect, the property was just as described, the overall experience was easy.

Clean and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was spotlessly clean and ready for our visit. It is newly constructed so all the appliances and furniture are new and in good operation. It is very quiet, located on a private gravel road overlooking a huge marsh. We would stay again!

Beautiful house with friendly hosts

This house is a short drive to Crane Beach, the Crane Estate, and Ipswich Center. Joe and Christine were friendly and helpful with any information we might need, including on the complex system of parking passes for Crane Beach. They even had pre-portioned bags of nice coffee for the coffee maker!

Perfect loading near the Crane Estate

We were going to a wedding at the crane estate.. this is a perfect location for that, but also to do sightseeing in the area. We had a nice day in Rockport, a dinner in Manchester by the Sea, and a cruise out of Essex. We also walked crane beach in the morning, just down the street. This apartment is spotless, well equipped and in a s beautiful and secluded location. It’s a 10.

Long weekend at the beach

We started our kids’ spring school vacation with a long weekend down the road from one of our favorite places on earth - Castle Neck/Crane Beach. It was a nice, relaxing stay and the time flew by. This location is quiet and calm. We enjoyed listening to peepers at night over in Rantoul Pond and woke up to bird song each morning. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Owners are very responsive if you need anything. Very happy with our stay!
