Hi Chris! Thank you for the 5 star review! We are so sorry to hear of your disappointment with the cooking items- we would have been happy to bring a replacement for any of that. We haven't had any complaints about anything with the kitchen there so we were surprised to hear this. Most of our guests love the streaming TV options as it gives guest the full cable package plus streaming capability for their own accounts. We hate you were not satisfied with this. It looks like we spoke with you on the day after you checked in- we call all of our guests the next day to be sure everything is going good. In the future, always let us know when we call if you are unhappy with something as we will do our best to find a resolution! We hate for anyone to ever leave disappointed! Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback!

Matthew thanks so much for the 5 star review. We sure appreciate it. We're so happy you enjoyed the property. Come back soon :)

Thanks for the 5 Stars Cheryl! We hope you had time between meetings to stroll to the beach since it is only minutes away! Please come again soon!

Thank you for your wonderful feedback Joni! We’re glad to hear you found the condo was as described and that you had excellent communication with our AIG management team! It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the short walk to the ocean each day! We hate we cannot control the weather for our guest's, but come back and see us again soon for a sunnier stay! :)

Thank you for your feedback, and we are so glad to hear you had a great stay overall! We are very sorry to hear about the difficulty reaching our emergency line. That is certainly unusual, as our emergency phone is carried by a team member 24/7 and also rolls over to a second team member if the first person is unavailable. Unfortunately, neither team member showed a missed call, so we are not sure if there may have been some kind of technical issue. We do take after-hours guest support very seriously and also maintain a 24/7 text line so guests always have a way to reach us if an issue arises. We sincerely apologize again and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The issues you reported have been addressed, and we are grateful for the opportunity to correct them. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future! :)

Thank you for the review Stan. We agree this property is wonderful, and we love hearing how well it worked out for your vacation. You are correct, and as the listing reads-you do have to take the stairs or an elevator to access the property. With the parking being so close to the building it is just a quick walk from the parking spot to the elevator. This property is in a condo building, so the windows are focused on the back of the unit, there is a window in the front guest room that helps bring in light as well. We appreciate the kind words regarding management communication, we work hard to ensure that all of our guests feel as though we are quick text or call away. We hope you come back soon, and we truly appreciate the positive feedback.

Thank you for the great review! We love to hear that you enjoyed this property for your family vacation. We agree this property is excellent, and anticipates all of your needs through both the well appointed property itself, and the private amenities that are included with renting this property. We appreciate you letting us know about these items throughout the property, we were able to work out these items after checkout. We thank you again for taking the time to send over your detailed feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon.

Hi Scott! Thank you so much for your 5-star review and honest feedback — we're so glad to hear you loved the stay overall! We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, especially the shower head incident — that’s certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have, and our maintenance team is fixing the issues you mentioned. We have also updated our listing to note the Keurig. Thank you again for bringing these items to our attention — they help us improve. We're happy you still had a wonderful stay, and we’d love the chance to host you again in the future!
