This roomy townhouse features quality mattresses (all with luxurious memory foam toppers), quality bedding and towels, comfortable living room furniture, dining room, and a well stocked, fully equipped kitchen (with a designated tap of crystal clean purified water). There are two large flat screen Roku televisions: one in the Queen Room upstairs and one in the Living Room, allowing guests the option to stream Live TV or your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime or other accounts), super high speed internet/wifi, a large private deck for lounging, and laundry facilities are (washer/dryer/iron/ironing board) conveniently located in the home. We are close to shopping, 10 golf courses (including an Arnold Palmer Signature Course), wonderful restaurants, historic downtown Fernandina/ Fort Clinch, and 4 boat ramps within 10-20 minutes. It is less than a 175 yard walk to the beautiful open and free public beach access #24. The super clean Community Pool featuring recently updated furniture is about 200 yards from the condo's front door.

3) Vehicles parked in other unit’s spaces will be towed immediately.
4) No trailers, RV’s, commercial vehicles, or motorcycles allowed on property.
5) Oversized trucks and vehicles (over 18 feet in length) please park in the parking spaces by the picnic/BBQ area.)
