SSVR3-Cute 2nd Floor Apartment in Munising with a Balcony and Grill

Welcome to Munising, Michigan, the home of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Waterfalls, Boat Cruises, Scenic Tours, and some great Yooper Pasties! Located downtown close to all the local attractions this newly remodeled apartment comes complete with two bedrooms, full bath, open concept kitchen and living space, wifi, and cable tv. This unit also features an outside balcony with a grill and some seating. This apartment is perfect for short or long stays, whether you are passing through on vacation, or coming up for work and looking for furnished housing. Please note that the heat is controlled by unit #2. Pet friendly for dogs up to 30lbs, 2 dog limit and there is a $53/pet fee plus a one time $30 cleaning charge.
Located on the 2nd Floor, the stairwell includes 21 steps to access the units. Larger groups can rent more than one unit in the building if needed, there is a total of 4. Call us for more information.

**PETS! Airbnb may only charge you for the 1st pet, you will be requested to send an additional $50 plus tax ($53) per pet. Our pet policy is $50/pet plus tax plus an additional one time cleaning charge of $30. If Airbnb does not collect this amount you are still responsible. We're respecting your pet, so please respect our pet policy. Clean up after your pet, please do not allow pets on furniture. Please keep kenneled if left alone. If your pet barks when you are gone, please do not leave it alone.

Great place to stay while we toured the area. Pictured Rock boat tours just 4 short blocks away. Apartment was clean and cute - very comfortable for our 2 night stay.

Loved the in town location. We could walk to everything including the cruise. Very clean, great to have a coffee bar. Loved the deck and the updated bath. Unit was a bit smaller than we expected but very lovely. The steep stars and narrow hall were a small challenge. We will stay here again for the easy vib and location. Loved it.

Great little apartment for either a couple, two couples, or a small family. Centrally located in downtown Munising made it an easy walk to multiple restaurants, shops, and to the dock for any boat tours. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay & thoughtful touches

The apartment was located in a great area, right downtown-close to restaurants, breweries, and the pictured rock cruise ships but was still quiet at night. Apartment was clean, and had thoughtful touches, including a great informational binder.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having our rental changed from under us due to a long term rental was not appreciated. Especially when the whole experience felt rushed and shady like a scam. Being moved from a house to an apartment with no discount for the downgrade on private space, difficult parking, and difficult access was a further disappointment. The apartment itself met our needs, but was one bathroom short of what we had booked.

Great stay

Don’t get scared by the Hallway, this is a very nice, clean and beautiful flat. Comfortable sleep and everything worked well. We enjoyed munising but not much restaurant options.. we went to Marquette for exceptional dining..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this cute place! It was very clean and conveniently located in the heart of everything. We easily walked everywhere and even to the marina to board the cruise. The balcony was very nice and tvs in both bedrooms in addition to the living room was an added plus. It had all amenities in the kitchen and plenty of towels. We loved staying here and are very glad we got this place! We will stay here again when we come back! 😊

Pleasant stay

We had a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic—really close to breweries, restaurants, and pasties. The A/C window units, while a bit noisy like most, did their job and kept the apartment cool. The air fragrance in the entrance hallway was very strong, but it wasn’t an issue inside the apartment itself. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the convenience of the location made it even better.

My sister, brother, and I chose to stay at this property during our impromptu 'siblings trip.' The location was fantastic - right along the main stops in town while being fairly close to the trail heads and beach access points. Highly recommended!

Good location

The apartment was clean which is a must in any vrbo. The location was nice for the visit to the town. The apartment and building was nothing fancy and the stairwell to the apartment was awkward.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment looked just like the pictures. The rental company was very responsive as we had spotty internet the night before and I did not receive the code to get in. They responded quick to my email and phone calls. I would totally recommend this place. The only thing I would change if I could would be a screen door on the deck sliding door. We had beautiful weather and would have loved to have the door open but didn't want bugs to fly in. The location was great. Able to walk to most things.

Very Enjoyable

Well suited for a family of four, with 2 teens. Great location in town allowed us to walk to restaurants and shops. Was a little concerned that noise from traffic and businesses would be a problem, but was very quiet. Munising and Pictured Rocks are absolute gems. Looking forward to returning to explore the area even more.

Wonderful apartment!

We loved this place. It was just right for our visit to Pictured Rocks. very close to what we wanted to do with easy access to the area. The apartment was clean and cosy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great. It was so cute too. The balcony with the grill was a great bonus. And it was very quiet and restful. We slept well and enjoyed all the comforts of home. The internet was great and we enjoyed the tv options at night when we were tired from our outdoor adventures. Totally recommend this place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Found this second floor apartment to be as appeared online and clean. Loved the private balcony as well!! This was probably our main appeal. The week we were there the area was quiet and relaxing. A great place to unwind from a full day of exploring. If you’re looking for a view, this isn’t it. Already had great views during the day. We did witness a double rainbow one night though! If you can’t handle stairs or no A/C, don’t recommend. My sister and I are Seniors and harder for us to deal with the number of steps and no A/C from all the up and down on arrival and departure days. FYI - No closets or dressers. Small second bedroom.
