The property was very serene and comfortable. We loved sitting in the back yard in the mornings. The communication was seamless. We loved our time at this property.

We stayed here for a family trip, and everyone was extremely happy with our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There was nothing we were disappointed with—everything was perfect. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

Great place that fit our family of five about 45 minutes from Yosemite. Jason was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time here! The property had everything we needed and was in a great location for making day trips to Yosemite. The host was accommodating and let us extend our stay when we asked. If available, we would stay here again for our next trip to the area.

The property was spacious, clean, and offered all the amenities that we were looking for. The house was located near stores, restaurants, national parks, lakes and rivers. The hot tub came in handy after our day hikes and the wood burning fireplace kept us cozy during the cold evenings. We can’t wait to come back and visit again.

The house was awesome! We were on the go visiting Yosemite but did take 1/2 day to relax, watch some football, and enjoy the hot tub, house, and grill.

This was an incredible home. Plenty of room and a great area to have kids running around in. I like that it came with a pack and play and games for the kids. The host was incredible and left us a welcome bottle of wine where we enjoyed it at night in the hot tub 10 out of 10 recommend this listing.
The hot tub had an amazing view!
Woke up every morning with a daily of deer in the yard!

This was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving! The kitchen was large for all the food prep, and the formal dining room was set to make it feel extra special. The floor-to-ceilings windows let in such amazing light and had beautiful views. It had a very big TV in the living room, and a cute reading area adjacent to that. The entire place felt and smelled very clean. We loved it!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The house has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay (functionally and ambiance wise); the instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the location was perfect. Minutes to the town, but you feel like you are out in the country. Great little escape!

Great stay, lovely home

My family stayed here and really enjoyed the house, the floorplan and amenities (hot tub, ping pong table). Jason was kind and helpful with responsive communications and went above and beyond to help return a lost item we had. Great location too by Yosemite and Bass Lake, would highly recommend!

Spent 5 nights at this property. Very nice home with views hot tub and fire pit. Spent evenings enjoying ping pong and fuss ball. The home was spacious and clean. Jason was very easy to contact in regards to the property

Lovely property with caring manager who responded immediately to every need (slightly early access to avoid rainstorm & tech help with thermostat). Amenities were great - coffee filters, soap, detergent, paper goods plentiful. Loved the neighbors (horse, donkey and family of deer), quiet and peacefulness. House was clean and bright. Lots of room allowing for personal time/space.

This beautifully decorated home was extremely well equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.The hot tub was amazing! Very easy to use and was very clean. Very nice feature after a day at Yosemite! While our furry friends were not able to join us, the welcome items at the front door were a very nice gesture, along with a welcome note and wine for us!The combination of a wooded, private location with a very short drive to town for restaurants and groceries was perfect!
