FOR GROUPS WANTING A LONGER STAY IN JUNE, I HAVE any days open from JUNE 9th through 13th as of 5-19-25
Spacious group or family home located in the pines just minutes from the Yosemite Gate entrance and less than 2 miles to Lewis Creek trailhead (Corlieu Falls). AC and heating are available in all bedrooms and living areas. There are a total of 4 TVs. The garage has a futon, games, DVDs, and a table, with an evaporative cooler for summer. Patio lights surround the home for evenings beside the firepit. It’s close to hiking trails and just minutes from Bass Lake and Oakhurst. Everything you need for cooking and creating family memories is within quick access to fun in any direction. There’s easy parking for vehicles and toys. Minutes to Lewis Creek trail, Nelder Grove/Soquel, and Bass Lake. This warm and inviting mountain home takes you back in time for making memories—not just a place to stay.

Christmas

We celebrated Christmas at The Hurst property. They have everything Two grills a fire pit game room with plenty of games and movies, washer dryer plenty of pots and pans. Comfortable clean beds. Bedrooms are large so you’re not cramped. Really quiet and clean. Each room has heat and air separate so that you can set it up to your liking. Also a fire place.Also a crib a high chair. So really everything you need. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Amazing Grandma & Grandpa Quality Time

This home is so very comfortable and cozy; and very welcoming to family. The owners were very helpful and gracious allowing us an early arrival!! Thanks so much!!! Our family loved the house and were comfortable to spend 2 nights with us :) We enjoyed the large dining table for breakfast and several crafts, and enjoyed walking down the lane :) and to their home on Oak Ln.

Fabulous - Simply Fabulous!!

Property exactly as listed. What a great location for those visiting Yosemite and having pets. Property is in a very quiet location and easy to get to the main road to Oakhurst and to Yosemite National Park. Very close to both. In addition were the amazing trails, starting with a fantastic one only a mile away and great to walk your dogs. Bass Lake is very close by and offers a lot of fun and options. The home is very spacious and well decorated. Everything one needs for a trip or vacation is there, and in great shape. Beautiful home with a great yard. Nice to see the wildlife pass by. Investigated options to stay for future trips to Yosemite and we all agreed that this place and location is the BEST you can do. Will definitely be back to this location. Owner was very responsive as well. Loved it!! Great time!!

Viaje en familia

Hemos estado alojados en esta casa durante 3 días. La casa está ubicada en un sitio estratégico para hacer diferentes excursiones. Para tan poquitos días no nos tuvimos que preocupar de comprar cosas básicas, puesto que la casa ya viene preparada con muchos productos de limpieza de la casa, así como de aseo personal. La casa por dentro estaba muy limpia. Es cómoda porque el salón nos permitió estar los 8 supercómodos. Lo único un poquito a mejorar es el exterior que difiere mucho de las fotos. Los dueños fueron muy amables en todo momento dándonos todas las indicaciones que necesitábamos por whatsapp. La recomendamos totalmente.

Perfect Weekend Family Getaway

This property was exactly as posted. It was in the perfect location, had a great amount of space, and great amenities. We even got to see some wildlife (deer, turkeys, Woodpeckers, and Bluebirds). Whether it be family or friends and wether your destination is Bass Lake or Yosemite, this property is a perfect place to call home away from home.

Great stay in a great house

Beautiful spacious and special place, conveniently located close to the southern entry of Yosemite, reasonably close to Kings and Sequoia parks, and just 10 minutes ride from Bass lake, in which we rented a boat with water sports equipment, which was really fun for the kids. There was seven of us staying over (3 kids and 4 adults), with plenty of room for each one. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. In one of the days a family of deers paid us a visit just outside the door, which was adorable 😊

Excellent and near Yosemite

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was great. There was enough space for 7 adults and 2 children to sleep comfortably. We did not use the game room in the basement but it was clean and well maintained. We spent most of our time there exploring Yosemite but it was wonderful to return to a house that was well maintained and comfortable. There is a pantry room that had many kitchen appliances like a crock pot which was really nice for us to put dinner on and have it ready when we returned. The only things needed is for the host to add more potholders and a way to turn off the rear motion sensor lights so we could have star gazed. We highly recommend this property to stay when you want to explore the area. We wish we would have stayed longer.

Best house to stay

Our stay is very relaxing & comfortable despite of the hot weather. The area is very quiet and easy to locate. The house is well equipped from kitchen to bathrooms to bedrooms, etc. This is a highly recommended house to stay. Thank you Cheryl & Randy for your beautiful home!

Great time!

We had a great time at this place, house had a lot of space and lots of beds for a big family like us. Kitchen was spacious and well equiped. The owners were very nice and responded fast to any question we had. We would stay there again! Thank you so much!

Yosemite - mariposa Grove visit

The home was Wonderful lots of space big kitchen everything you need available. Short drive to Yosemite Southgate and Mariposa Grove. It was a perfect location to visit the Yosemite area and Bass Lake being 10 minutes down the road. The home was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you so much Layne and Maria .

Great location and great place!

Stayed at this location while visiting Yosemite with family. 5 adults and 4 teenagers, we all had a comfortable place to sleep and enjoyed relaxing after a busy day of hiking. Would recommend, especially for a large group.

Family trip.

Beautiful house with tons of room. Very clean and well stocked. We had a total of 15 with 6 kids 7 and under. Plenty of room for the kids to play. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I have been married for over 35 years and raised three wonderful children we are now retired but spend most of our time enjoying this beautiful area. We love to go boating, golfing or just relax. We hope you love it as much as we do. This was our family home. The area is gorgeous and are very lucky to call this your home away from home.
