Great Location

It was a perfect house for 2 couples! The house was very comfortable and well stocked ! It was furnished tastefully! Loved all the artwork! Location was perfect’ easy walk to River and really everything we wanted to see! I would definitely stay again ! There was one drawback - construction nearby that was very loud early in the morning and was too loud to enjoy front porch! We were there during the week so maybe weekends wouldn’t be so bad!

Michael was very responsive when we couldn't get into property right away, was there within 3 minutes. He was also responsive to some other questions we had.

Great home with all of the amenities. Awesome location, close to everything. Parking (covered garage) was awesome to have. Would definitely rent again!

A cute home in a wonderful location

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Michael did a great job. We had a dog and a baby and everything was accommodated appropriately. The location is astounding. Great stay!

House was as advertised. So cute and a great walkable area. We had a great time in your beautiful city! House was well stocked and clean. Loved having the garage so we didn’t have to find street parking. Front porch was great to sit on in the morning and have coffee.

Lovely home! Within walking distance to many restaurants and tour meeting spots. 2car parking garage on site a bonus! Plenty of seating places in home and out. Would absolutely recommend!

Location was perfect, we could easily walk to all destinations of interest. Loved the residence, we would definitely stay there again if we returned to Savannah. Having a garage provided a great sense of security. Once parked it never moved until we left. I would definitely recommend this home for folks staying in Savannah. Very nice layout

We had a great stay. The garage access was incredibly helpful for our group, and the living areas on the first floor were lovely for when we wanted downtime together. The location couldn't be beat.

An absolutely perfect spot for exploring Savannah. Parking in Savannah is scarce, and usually full, the off-street parking is a huge asset here. The third sleeping area is a very comfortable pull-out in the living room, but there are enough other gathering spaces that it works out fine. Otherwise just as charming and comfortable as described.

This was the perfect place to stay in Savannah. It is a quintessential home within walking distance of everything in historic downtown Savannah. The front porch added charm as we met neighbors, SCAD students and visitors - everyone was so warm and friendly. We traveled as two couples. There was plenty of room and privacy. Two bedrooms and full baths on the 2nd floor and a half-bath on the first floor. Balcony on the second floor can accommodate 4 people and gives you an overview of the neighborhood. A charming place to stay! Highly recommended!

The house was perfect for us to spend the week for Christmas. There was plenty of space for us (4 adults and 1 dog) and well appointed. The two car garage was perfect so we didn't have to worry about finding parking. The location was wonderful, everything was walkable. Would definitely stay again!
