The property was great, the pool, the beach, the condo layout was great. The condo itself needs some work, esp the kitchen, the kitchen cabinets….We had a good time and would stay at OceanOne again.

We loved the condo. A great location right on the beach, with a great pool.The condo itself was very spacious open and comfortable and the amenities were a nice touch.

Holiday vacation with family

My family and I enjoyed our stay- condo is in a perfect location- easy walk to Coligny and to beach. The condo needs some updating but this did not affect our stay- we had a wonderful time.

Book! You won’t regret it!

We loved our stay! The unit was very clean, well stocked and furnished. Communication was excellent! The complex and location was also amazing! It was perfect for our family and we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!

6 adults, 6 littles in a condo

Wanted to get all the grandkids (all 5 yo and under) together somewhere fun…but their parents insisted on coming alongEnough space for all of us although it was busy. Very clean, management was great and very helpful, walking distance to many activities and shops and supplies

Family vacation

Excellent property! Exactly as described. Steps to pool and beach. Walking paths to restaurants and shopping. Had a great time. Absolutely would stay again.

Room for all & fully-equipped

Room for large family, well equipped with all you need. Many beds, baths, large dining table and breakfast bar. Kitchen fully equipped too. Very nice condo! Wonderful!

Location of the development is ideal proximity to beach, pool, and Coligny Circle. Can walk to all of it and the Tiki Hut was amazing. The layout is great for grown kids and 2 sets of adults. Comfortable beds, beach towels for use, and table that we could all sit at together were appreciated. Balcony is view of parking lot, but I didn’t look into that upon renting, so that’s my fault. I never leave negative reviews, but bathrooms are in need of renovation and what could have helped was for the mold/mildew to be cleaned properly. There are 2 shower stalls that if you are even 5’9” tall, you will be eye-level with the shower head since for some reason the shower stall is built up with 2 steps to get in it. So my adult sons had to shower in my bathroom, not the end of the world, but you’re paying for 4 bathrooms. The rental group was responsive, but when on vacation and paying this much money, I don’t want to be bothered with arranging maintenance visits to spackle a hole or change a high hat light bulb or replace a dying bathroom fan (that did quit after 2 days) or reclean showers. I was told renovations (including peeling kitchen cabinets) are due in the fall, which doesn’t help me for the week I am renting. I imagine that with a new cleaning service and upgraded bathrooms, this will be a luxury rental again. Having a great rental group should mean we don’t have to be in touch because they ensured the property was in excellent condition in advance of your arrival.

Ocean one

Great location for shopping and eating. Right at the beach. Tiki bar next door. Love how the town gets quiet by 10pm. Condo had everything we needed and wanted. Beds were comfy! My family of 7 was comfortable.

family vacation

We enjoyed the property and all the room. There are not enough luggage carts. We had plenty of towels, but the ice maker was broke.

Kathy we are very glad you enjoyed the property. As you were notified, at the last minute we had to put in a new refrigerator (which now has the ice maker installed) and had ice trays for your stay. We do hope you will vacation with us again.

Well furnished, nice place

This is a nice condo, surprisingly well furnished. Nice supply of beach toys and chairs in the storage closet, which exceeded expectations. Disappointments: pool was closed for renovations. Construction work was annoyingly noisy at times.

It would have been nice if the pool had been open more. The sofa and chairs were a little worn and hard to get out of for everyone but the children. Everything else was wonderful~!

Nice location, tired property

The location and size of this property were great but the condo is very much in need of a refresh and a deep cleaning. Floor was so dirty we wore shoes the entire time. Blow dryer in one of the rooms was super sticky and had hair stuck to it. Furniture was stained and kitchen cabinets were pretty beat up. With a refresh this would be a great space

Trinette, we are certainly sorry this was your experience. We wished you had called us during your stay, as we would have sent the cleaners back. We contacted you at the beginning of your vacation to see if there was anything we can do as well as updates on the weather due to Tropical Storm Debbie and never heard that there were any issues. This fall we are updating the kitchen and furniture.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The layout of the four bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was perfect for our 4 couples. Everyone had privacy and space. The kitchen and living room are open and spacious with every amenity needed. A hidden gem is the large walk in pantry. For a group of our size, it housed all our groceries and kept the countertops free for food prep. We loved this condo! The location is so convenient to Coligny Plaza. We walked and biked almost every day for dinner or just an ice cream for the kids. Coligny had a fun splash pad that the kids enjoyed — and the new park is amazing! It was a perfect beach vacation for our family. Thank you for making it possible!

Perfect for two small-medium families.

It was so nice to have plenty of room for two families to be together yet have some privacy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are split, two and two, on either side of the kitchen and living area. One bathroom felt a little tight, but it was great to have four bathrooms and we functioned very well in the space. The beach and pool are relatively close. We took advantage of the grill which also worked very well. The property is clean and well maintained and security provided at the gate. Parking can be a little tight and trailers are not allowed on property. Bike storage on site is not covered-- We brought bikes and wished we had covers for them for the rain. Next time will rent some instead. Closet was stocked with left over beach gear also!

Golf and chill

Perfect location, great space, OK kitchen

Our group had 4 adults and 4 kids, and there was the perfect amount of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds in both kids rooms, and TVs in all the rooms were a nice touch. The living room setup is wonderful for a big group, and we were able to comfortable fit all 8 of us around the dinner table! When booking, I felt we were going to be disappointed by the "landscape" (parking lot) view, but in reality, sitting on the deck with a glass of local bourbon was very nice and peaceful, and the trees and landscaping is very beautiful. The unit was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was very easy access, as it's an end unit, and the external stairs were right next to where we parked. The grounds are very nice, the pool (while cold in March) was clean and nice, and there were a bunch of beach goodies, like beach chairs (and a cart to haul them), boogie boards, skimboards, and all kinds of kiddo sand toys! My only bit of constructive criticism would be that the kitchen is overdue for a refresh. The kitchen cabinets felt like "15 year old Ikea" if that makes sense. An updated stove and some additional/upgraded cooking implements and supplies would put this place over the top! Overall, I'd recommend 202 Ocean One! The location was absolutely amazing, everything was clean and comfortable, the host provided excellent communication, and everything went off without a hitch!
