This is the perfect North Fork rental. You have it all; the bay with kayaks and SUP, the wineries, the farm stands and the restaurants. The cottage is perfect, immaculate and everything you could possibly need without being cluttered.

Not going to lie when I pulled up I was skeptical, but once walking in and enjoying a entire weekend at the house...it couldn't have been more perfect. The size was perfect for 4 adults and a baby while having enough room to gather and have personal space too. Perfect stay, loved the entire area, will be coming back for sure.

Wonderful Stay

The beach cottage is wonderful, we visited with friends and was impressed with the beautiful setting, quality of the property and facilities and the great communication. It made our holiday very special and made great memories.

Cute cottage in the woods

The cottage had most all of what we needed, and was a very nice location to tour the wineries. The little beach area was a nice bonus, especially since we had spectacular weather for October.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. Easy and quick access to the beach and the cottage had plenty of space for our party of four with room to spare. Great location. We all came home rested and rejuvenated! Thank you Meredith! Great short vacation.

Highly Recommend This Property

The Cottage was wonderful. Comfortable and well equipped with quality furnishings. Having access to the private beach via a short walk made it special and relaxing. The location is ideal and the host was super accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful cottage that was very clean and well equipped! We loved that we were able to bring our two small dogs with us who also very much enjoyed the house and grounds. The property was beautiful with its immediate access to the water for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Meredith was very responsive, kind, and so accommodating! We would love to go back!

Fantastic time!

Excellent stay! The home was even better than advertised and the host was always quick to respond to an email. Everything we needed was provided, even a beach umbrella and towels. A great time. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect "cottage" Experience

The cottage is incredibly spacious. It is so nice and cozy. The host is so responsive and so accomodating. This is where me and husband stayed for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect.

Lovely cottage

We arrived off the ferry and were very happy with the accommodations. Clean, ample towels, and shampoo/soap provided. We utilized the gas grill for dinner and made breakfasts in the kitchen. Found everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

Had a great stay, loved the private beach, and the house was definitely roomy enough for the four of us. Meredith and Teresa were super helpful. My only recommendation would be to add a kettle to the kitchen for us tea drinkers. Would highly recommend.

Very clean, beautiful situation as described - walk through a private woodland for a minute to reach your private beach on the bay. The house house has everything you need for a perfect stay The large room in the main photo is unique and comfortable and there is a second living room with tv and comfortable couches. The beds are comfy and many provided towels including beach towels. Umbrella & chairs are at the beach for your use.
