This condo was perfect for our family of 8. Very clean and spacious. Walking distance to the Beach

Fantastic week with the family

Perfect location and space for our family of 5. Beach is less than a 10 min walk. The wagon and chairs were perfect for beach days. We rented a tent and table from VayK life that completed beach days. The air conditioner is the best ac we’ve ever had at a beach property. Thank you so much for a great week!

Perfect place

Check in was easy, the owners Rod and Rosa were excellent in communicating with meand very helpful! The condo had everything you would need and more to stay.

Quick getaway spot is perfect

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Beach access is not close due to being located in front of private properties. We had to find a way around those properties to gain access but other than that, we had a great experience.

Beach Getaway

the condo was just as described. condo was very roomy and clean. all necessity were available. and the pool area was beautiful. Parking is tight if you have a large vehicle or truck and only 2 spaces available for your group.

The pool area landscaping was beautiful. The property was clean. The condo itself was nice size having the trundle and the futon couch was a plus. Other mentioned access to beach was difficult, we didn’t mind the a short walk, access was easy. Couple negative things I have is the gate broke and did not get replaced while we were there was inconvenient but was able to deal with it. The pool was too hot and not enjoyable, would appreciate it to be much colder to refresh from hot day of exploring the island.

Dear Ashley, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We appreciate your feedback; however, we are unable to address issues related to the common areas of the condo complex. Our responsibility is limited to the specific unit you booked, and challenges in any space can occur in any residential setting. The warm water in the pool is a common occurrence for smaller pools in this region, primarily due to the abundant sunlight. It might be worth considering this phenomenon from a broader perspective. Las Verandas

The condo was very clean and quiet. Only wish it had a better beach access. Loved that it was first floor with no stairs to climb to reach bedrooms.
