Welcome to Suntide II Unit 102 – Your Relaxing Beachfront Escape!
Enjoy a piece of paradise at Suntide II Condominium Community, Unit 102 — your comfortable and clean home away from home. This spacious, ground-floor condo offers direct access to the beach and is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.
Start your morning with breakfast on the furnished oceanfront patio. Feel the sea breeze and take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, then step right out for a peaceful walk along the shore.
Large windows fill the living area with natural light, offering beautiful ocean views while you relax on the comfortable sofa or armchair. At night, watch the shrimp boat lights flicker across the water or catch a game on the flat-screen TV.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, featuring an open layout perfect for gathering. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with 2 extra seats at the breakfast bar. A Texas-sized barbecue area is available on the first floor for grilling your favorite meals.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, and stunning beach views from large windows. The ensuite bathroom features a walk in shower and plenty of storage space.
Second Bedroom: Two Twin beds, flat-screen TV, dresser, and a small walk-in closet. The attached guest bathroom has a shower tub combo

While this condo is clean and well-maintained, it has a more classic, dated style compared to modern remodels. Everything works great, offering a cozy and comfortable stay.
