The condo was very clean and was just as described. Our balcony was right by the grills which made it very convenient for having friends over and grilling out. Beach access was right by the condo also and we had a good view of the ocean. We were very pleased with the property and had a great vacation. We will rent from this property again!

Overall our stay was great. Atmosphere was good and relaxing. If I have to say something about the experience it would be that there were dirty wash clothes mix in with the clean We had plenty of clean to make up for the dirty. Definitely will be coming back.

I've been to South Padre at least 4 times in the last few years and this was by far the cleanest, closest and well-priced location I've ever stayed at. The view of the water from the 1st floor unit was gorgeous and relaxing. It was a very short 1-2 minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean and had everything I possibly needed. The ceiling fan in one room didn't work but there were fans to plug in that made it very comfortable. The parking lot was small but it seemed like everyone respected the 1 vehicle rule and we always found a spot in the lot. My only disappointment happened our last day. The pool was supposed to open at 10am and I had told my kids they could swim for 45 minutes while we loaded the car prior to check out, but the maintenance said the pool wouldn't be ready until 11am. I did appreciate that the pool was cleaned daily and the grounds well-kept. We would definitely want to stay here again. One thing I loved especially with small children was that the decor was lovely but nothing too elaborate that I was fearful of my kids breaking things. This unit especially is a great place for families with young children because of the patch of grass outside to play. Very highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was on the beach and fit our needs perfectly. We did have 2 issues—the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work and the audio on the master bedroom TV would not work.
