Great place to stay. Up to date finishes, furnishings and appliances. Great view to the lake and forest. Close to trail head. Nice access to the lake by tram. Hosts very friendly and accommodating. Steep sidewalk down to the unit might be difficult for someone with mobility issues but very manageable otherwise.

Great view, clean place. The hosts were kind and accommodating. It was a great last minute get away. Lake Ann is a little treasure in NWAR.

What a fantastic place. The view is amazing, and the waterfront dock is completely private and really great. Swimming right off the dock, kayaks, canoe, and a lovely shady place, I’ll combine to make it a really special lakefront property.

We had a wonderful stay! The scenery was absolutely beautiful and made for such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Everything we needed was provided. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the quiet surroundings. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

This property has the most beautiful view!my husband and I stayed here and thought it was one of our most memorable stays ever! The bed is firm, which we like and the furnishings were nice. It has a full kitchen and a porch to sit and watch the lake. We will hopefully be back next year! Thank you J& J for such a memorable stay!

I was in Arkansas for the first time and this location was perfect to enjoy hiking and biking plus not far from Bentonville and Fayetteville. Very clean and quiet accommodations!

If we could rate the place 6 stars for cleanliness, we could. My wife has very exacting standards and is almost NEVER perfectly satisfied - but she was blown away. James & Jae make it very easy to check in and strike the right balance of making sure your needs are met while also giving you space - it's easy to think you're alone on the lake. The photos do not do the views justice, their overlook on the lake is STUNNING, and they provide plenty of access to the water, as well. I had a wonderful early morning kayak on our last day. Our only disappointment is that the place was already booked when we began planning our next trip to Bentonville!

A very nice place apartment with an awesome view from the deck. The property owners (Jim & J) were very friendly and inviting. We would definitely go back there again.

The house was as described very clean and quiet. The lake it overlooked was beautiful, unfortunately there was a cold front that blew in while we were there and did not get to really enjoy it. But the view was fantastic as we're the hosts. I look forward to scheduling another date during the summer. Also the Chicago style pizza place going towards Bentonville was fantastic
