Lovely Condo!

Had a great stay! Condo was updated and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Large balcony with great views of gulf and easy beach access. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation

Condo met all our needs and expectations: clean, stylishly decorated, easy parking and close proximity to the beach. What more could you want?

Mother’s Day weekend

The property was excellent! Amazing views and extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend and would keep this in my favorites to book again!

Perfect

The condo was absolutely everything as it was listed! It was perfect for our last minute get away and adorable! The host was absolutely amazing and couldnt have had a better experience. Definitely check into this condo if looking for a cozy get away with a good view of the beach as well.

Mirimar Beach Condo

The property was up to date, very clean and worth every dollar. My children enjoyed the amenities. I enjoyed the location. The beach wasn’t too crowded and it was in close proximity to lots of restaurants and stores. I have to be truthful with my review, so I would say the only downside is that this is an older property and there are renovations going on. The contractors have no tact with time. They were running power tools on the next floor up, directly above the master bedroom at 6:30 in the morning, so sleeping in wasn’t an option for me. That’s not the renter’s fault though, so overall I was happy with my stay!

I am so sorry to hear there was construction noise. I wish you had notified me DURING your stay so I could have addressed with the condo's property manager. We would have handled this immediately! Since reading your review, I have addressed and the manager has been in contact with the unit doing renovations and ensured they will adhere to the condo's allowable time frame for construction noise.

Beautiful Condo and great location

Nice place with everything we needed. Location was excellent. Close enough to dining and retail but in an area that wasn't congested. Easy access to the beach. Outstanding communication from DIving Pelican. Would definitely stay with them again.
