WINTER RATE SPECIAL IN PLACE 2024-2025!!!
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This charming home offers a nice place to settle in while you adventure the coast. You are close to it all; local stores, breweries, restaurants, and close beach access points. With a spacious backyard and fun activities to do while staying in, you may not want to venture out as often as you thought! Enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, and a game or two of corn hole.
The neighborhood is mostly residential, however, you are close to other commercial businesses, restaurants, a brewery and local beach access points. This home is located in a residential and commercial mixed neighborhood. Specifically, a commercial business is located across the street from the home, it is a heating and air company so there is not much activity, we just want our guests to be aware before their arrival.
Superfly Martini Bar and Grill is just down the road, walk or drive to enjoy great food and great service!
You are also close to the local's favorite beach access/viewpoint; Chetco Point Beach Access is just .5miles away (about a 10 min walk from the home).

We had a great stay. House was clean, check in and out were easy. The recommendations inside the house for beaches to visit and places to eat were excellent. Also appreciate that there was a fan in each room (ceiling fan in master and small fans in the closets of the other two bedrooms that could be plugged in if desired).

Clean house and perfect for 3 or four guests. Close by car to beautiful locations and can walk to shops. Had difficulty getting code to get into house by located emergency phone number and obtained by talking to a human which was nice.Safety was a considered and felt very secure.

Spacious 3 bedroom home, equipped with everything you need, and close to shops, restaurants, grocery, etc. Wonderful place to stay. Close to the Redwoods and Oregon Coast with lots of beach, hiking and exploring options.

Really nice place, must be recently updated. Nice location in walking distance to lots of shops. Nice backyard space as well. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet with some construction down the road and other families outside in the evening. Plenty of room for the pack'n'play in the master bedroom. There were games and some coloring supplies. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location and easy place to stay
Great housing option in Brookings. A nice walking distance from the beach. Comfortable, clean house.

Everything was great and as advertised. Good location. Very private. The space is very clean and well furnished. I will want to book again when we visit Brookings. Thanks!

Clean, quiet, nice house with plenty of space and charm
We were there to visit family and the house was really nice and clean and spacious.

Home away from home
Our family of 4 adults and a teen stayed comfortably. It has a huge well stocked kitchen, large dining area, and a super comfortable family room. It’s right next to downtown and has everything you need.

Perfect place for a vacation
We had a great stay and loved the central location to all of our favorite spots. House was clean and thoughtfully decorated. Would definitely recommend.

I take my family to Brookings every year.
This was the best house we have stayed in. It was clean and was close to everything we love to do there. I really enjoyed just relaxing too!

Brookings Stay
It was a very nice house and located closed to everything in town. The park was a quick walk and had awesome views. Check in and out was very easy. The place was just as it was described.
