Wonderful place with an amazing view. 3 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 massive bathrooms. Just right for our adventures. The road up is very curvey with lots of deer.

This property was as advertised, but better! Incredibly spacious, gorgeous views, and private. Host was responsive, house was very clean, gas stove, fully stocked kitchen with all necessities, master bedroom on main floor, wildlife and foliage abound. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It was clean and comfortable, and I think the owners were very detailed in making guests feel welcome. The kitchen was fully stocked so we had every item needed to cook a meal. The beds were so comfortable. The balcony was wonderful with a beautiful view of the ocean, and we enjoyed watching the deer in the early morning as they nibbled-on native plants in the yard. We even saw a (gray?) fox cautiously traveling through the property in early morning. We loved the privacy and stillness of this place, yet it is only about 1.5 mile from downtown. Thank you so much for making our stay in Brookings memorable. We give this vacation rental a 5-star rating.

Beautiful home that offers a quiet getaway on side of mountain. A bit of a drive on a curvy road but allows for opportunity to get away from the hustle of the town. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

Beautiful home with an even better view. We got to see deer from the back deck every morning.the kids had their own space and the house was fully stocked. We would stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Great coastal vacation

Beautiful home and a great place to relax. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet which was great for sleeping and unwinding.... especially on the deck overlooking the trees and Pacific.

Home in the woods

This is a lovely house in the hills above Brookings with a beautiful view. The deck is great, and we loved watching the deer. It's a great location!

Truly a special place!

Such a lovely home. Very relaxing and peaceful. Possibly the best cleaned home we’ve ever rented, and (unlike most rentals) the kitchen was well organized and stocked to actually cook full meals. Great birdwatching from the back porch with morning coffee. Nice to be away from town and highway, yet still able to see the ocean and just a short drive to everything.

Brookings is lovely

We really enjoyed the home. It is in a beautiful location and the view is spectacular. Not alot of restaurants in Brookings but there are places up the coast. Harris beach is beautiful and a great place to relax. We hiked all over the coast and then went down to Jedidiah Smith State Park, only a 30 minute drive! The redwoods are stunning. Definitely would stay here again!
