Hi, we are Manny and Lina and together we are DirectFlordiaRentals.
Manny is a NY Transplant that graduated from the University of Miami and Lina is a South Florida Native who graduated from Tulane University. During Covid we realize how important travel was and decided to look for places we would like to stay and possibly purchase some. We landed on this gem, and we loved it. It is an Oasis. It is peaceful but your close enough to Downtown Jensen Beach or Fort Pierce Jetty Park and it has a private beach and a great pool with grills. We loved staying here, but the hard part is leaving. We are also in the process of adding a single-family rental in Daytona Beach that should be available for rental in February 2024.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We both enjoy the beach and fell in love with this area. It still has the beauty of the southern beaches but none of the crowds. It is a family friendly community, and the condo feels more like townhouse since there is no lobby, we can drive right up and we're on the first floor. There are many great restaurants and shops in close walking distance. It is roomy with 2 outdoor spaces and literally 100 or so steps from the beach. It felt like paradise, and you have a private beach what more can you ask for.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The heated pool and the beach are what made us fall in love with the property. The condo has plenty of room that allows for our family and friends to visit.
